Breakfast is amazing !

The lady at the front desk is not professional, kept talking very fast to me in Spanish without listening to me. Until at the third time (I even had to raise my voice) telling her that I can't speak Spanish. She finally switched to English. She even treated customers differently, like allowed someone to cut in line. If it wasn't her, the whole experience will be a perfect 10.

Location. We mainly hooked this hotel because it’s close to Val’Quirico. it’s right next to an outlet mall so that was good too. The breakfast was good too.

We stayed during high season (New Year’s Eve and Day) and obviously the hotel was at capacity, I felt that it was a bit understaffed at least in the reception. long line to check in and out and with only two elevators we had to take the stair often since they were occupied.

The hotel and room were very nice and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet and I slept like a baby even though there was much going on on the ground floor. Good value.

Breakfast was so-so. The eggs were a bit cold. Still the hotel was good value.

Everything was excellent for a fair price. The staff was very nice and caring. The hotel is new, comfortable and clean. The water was warm at the pool. The breakfast was included in the price and it was a great one with your choice of eggs, toasts, fruits, yogurt, etc ... Lastly the parking was gated and relatively secured, so we had no fear to leave our car there overnight.

The only bad point was the food at dinner. The menu offers a lot of options but they might be frozen meals... It was not as tasty as we were expecting.

The breakfast buffet was very good but what I liked the most was the service, especially from Roberto Vargas, who was very kind, and suggested great places to visit and eat.

The pool is very small and dirty.

Please do not knocking at the door of the guests.. if this would not happen, you would get a 10. and at the buffet of the breakfast, you habe corn flakes, so put the milk in a pot near to the station, if it is in the kitchen, it makes no sense :)

One of the best breakfast being offered. Simple and healthy. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Room is spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Good TV. Good Wifi. Breakfast was good.

Sewer smell came out of the shower drain. The staff promptly poured chlorine and reduced the smell. !!! Fabian the head waiter in the hotel restaurant, inflated the tip on the credit card charge. When confronted, he claimed to have misunderstood my instruction to increase the bill by 50, and assumed I meant 50 percent. I doubt it. !!!

Excellent breakfast - vegetable options!!, very comfortable beds, a very modern feel, and we were treated to a complementary drink upon our arrival. Everything was great except for one thing.

Well, I only gave them a 9 instead of a 10. It was visible on one of the beds skirts something underneath, I pull it with my foot and it was a pair of boy boxers. Just pay more attention to under the bed items. I definitely recommend staying here; me myself, the item found would not deter me from staying again in this beautiful hotel.
