The grounds and rooms were exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful and welcoming. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and well priced,

I was not given the room I reserved. I called reception to notify them our suite did not have a balcony or view to the garden as noted on my reservation. The lady said she will review and call me back. hours past she never called. I called back and explained again to a gentleman he moved us to another suite with a side view of the garden :( and still no balcony. It was late we were tired and didn't want the struggle and stress to take away from our family's vacation. So we kept the room and never mentioned it. At check out we weren't asked how our 7 day stay was, pretty much just took our final payment (sad because I believe the Argentinian lady checking us out was the manager). There is definitely room for improvement with the reception staff.

The installations are very well maintained and the staff went out of their way to help us out when we need it. I will go back there for all me next business trip as it is really a home away from homw.

Not much besides that it takes some time before the hot water reach our room (and I hate wasting water)

It is great with kids. Heated pool and playground in a garden like environment was just perfect. My kids loved it and we as parents too. Hotel staff is very friendly and always supportive.

The only thing I was surprised they did NOT have, was an ice maker. Now maybe that's a gringo thing, but they have plenty of room to accommodate that item. They have an arrangement with the restaurant at the front of the property, and I happened to bring a plastic bag, gave it to the greeter/front man, and it all worked,

There is a very nice pool, but unfortunately due to nightly rainstorms, I didn't get to use it. Definitely not a reflection on the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are very beautiful and well-kept.

The walls of this hotel are very thin. I could clearly hear my neighbors having a better time than I was in the middle of the afternoon. The show door allows a lot of water to leak out onto the floor. I wasn't there long enough to complain. The location of the hotel is far from the walking areas of downtown. Again, the grounds were excellent, just wish it had been closer to everything else.

My family and I loved our stay here. it was very well kept and clean. The room we had was very clean. The beds were comfortable and pillows too.

Plenty of open spaces. Room spacious. Pool very nice. Walking distance to various eateries. OXXO close by. Great free coffee available in the lobby.

Pool quite crowded on Sunday due to ? Day passes.

Staff really cared about your needs.
