We enjoyed so much I don't know where to begin...... First, the entrance has a beautiful welcoming feeling and the flow of positive energy radiates the whole historical landmark.....The staff ( all of them) Eder( front desk) David, Mariana ,Jasmine,- front desk. ENGLISH / SPANISH capable .Miguel/ housekeeping/ support. Margarita ( housekeeping ).... We stayed for seven nights , therefore we got know each other pretty well. They were hustling non stop the WHOLE time 24/ 7. 7 days and nights of bliss..... Check out their espresso machine by the front desk.......I couldn't get enough of that machine..... Just push the button and wah lah ........It finds em( coffee beans ),grinds em( beans ) and splashes beautiful blue bottled agua( water ) all over them toasty grinded beans ( awesomeness. ). Floors were shining and freshness permeated throughout...... Any and all requests were attended to swiftly ,along with a smile......We had MANY( wine glasses,wine,ice, laundry services , dining, etc)..Whether coming or going you will see and feel a specialness, an unforgettable location with its BEAUTIFUL people. They made me smile alot..........I learned alot....Humble pie included..Very,very,very safe ............Queretaro, Mexico citizens and alike are fantastic humansEager to engage in conversation, help,intervene in every scenario i encountered Buenos diaz came out of my mouth more times then i can remember..Got that down...... We are making plans to stay longer in the near future !

Location is excellent. Middle of downtown where you can go walking to anywhere you want. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and customer centric. Beds are comfortable and the hotel looks as brand new.

It might be wise that room ventilation is enhanced as despite air conditioning, air feels dense and that is because of the small window from the room we stayed into. An it would be nice to have different pillows as the hotel provides a standard pillow that sometimes can be way too harsh or hard for some necks and inhibit proper resting.

The room was spotlessly clean and modern, with a nice bathroom and good shower. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our room. We initially were worried about the lively pedestrian street in front of the hotel but the room was well sound proofed and the street was quiet by ten. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful historic city.

One of the rooms we were shown toward the back was older and had a window that allowed noise from the guest patio below to filter up.

The location of Hotel Madero is perfect. Right in the center of town on a walking street with restaurants, parks and museums right out the door. Comfortable and quiet rooms, and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay here.

The deluxe queen room was a little smaller than expected, and the bed was a double, not queen size. Not a dealbreaker as the room and bed were quiete comfortable.

The whole surrounding area felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every time we left or returned we were greeted with a smile. We had the big room with a kitchen. Comfortable room! I appreciated that there was a mirror with a chair and outlet for me to straighten my hair and get ready outside of the bathroom. AC worked well. It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Queretaro.

The location is perfect for short weekends and for people that dont like to walk a lot and be already in the main spots. I definitely recommend it. Even if it's in a very crowded and noisy street, in the bedrooms was very quiet, no street noise at all. Beds were comfortable, the size of the room was perfect for the four of us.

Inside it was very easy to hear any noise happening outside. For example, if someone walking outside was walking or talking or opening their bedrooms, you could hear like if they were next to you. In general the guests were very quiet, so it was not that bad so honestly, no complains.

The hotel was really well located, right at heart of historical Queretaro. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was good and everything was clean.

Our room was right at the entrance, so after about 7:00 AM we could hear the other guests and staff moving around. However, that did not bother us too much.

The room was very large with many extras that I didnt expect like a functioning kitchen! The location is right in the center of the main pedestrian walkway of the old city.

The only negative concerns the location. Since it is on the pedestrian walkway, you will have to walk about a hundred meters or so from your car/uber/taxi. It's not far but when we left at 4:00 am it was dark and my wife was scared.

This is a beautiful, old hotel in the colonial style. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the amenities. It was on a pedestrian walkway, so it was very quiet.

There was no window to the outside, because the room faced inward toward the hallway. But I only spent time in the room at night, so this really wasn’t an issue for me.

The location was excellent. I was walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sites. The staff was extremely helpful. I was impressed that the front desk staff remembered where I needed to go when they ordered me a taxi each day.

I did not like that there was not a fitness center, pool. sauna or steam room. Or that there was no facility that partnered with the hotel to allow the hotel guests to workout in. Also, because I had to be at the office at 07:00, I was not able to enjoy the breakfast that was included in my rate because breakfast started at 08:00. Most hotels start breakfast earlier than 07:00.
