The place is newish and super clean. There's a plaza with Starbucks. It's super quiet even though we face the street and plaza. They gave us the top floor so we have a nice view. TV is large and hung on the wall. Doing laundry is free and they even gave us detergent and fabric softener. It's such a good value and there are restos and an OXXO and BBVA in the plaza. We just Ubered to El Centro when we wanted to eat out and stroll around. Air conditioning -- so and cool at night so we slept so well! Large King bed too.

Breakfast didn't look great, but that's ok. Plenty to eat in the plaza and not many people getting breakfast so makes sense that they didn't go all out.

It was wonderfully located near my work meeting at university of Querétaro. Also, the shopping center within the hotel was phenomenal (oxxo a few restaurants and even a Starbucks within steps from your room). Friendly staff at the hotel.

The gym didn’t have any towels, fruit, or sanitary wipes. Also, the restaurant/breakfast was closed.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Free Underground parking with direct access to the hotel was great. Many great options for food and other located in the shopping plaza.

Shower glass doors wouldn’t stay closed. Water got out into the bathroom floor.

Everything, the rooms, the cleanliness, the attention at the lobby, the service. It's so perfect that is inside a small shopping center and it has an oxxo in the first floor, it really solves any trouble or emergency you may have besides all the restaurants that are perfect to have kunch, breakfast dinner.

You take the elevator to the first floor, then you go out and you have to walk to another elevator to go up to your room, just is something different.

The location and the the fact that the hotel is part of a small plaza with restaurants, a convenience store and a Starbucks. The staff is very friendly. We traveled with a puppy, and everything was ok!

The hotel still does not have its own room service or a restaurant. Toliteries were a little bit scarcy in size. But it seems the hotel is still new so they are working to have it fully suitable

The security of the elevators having to use a key twice. The shopping center is convenient for any needs. Laundry on site saves time and money. Gym is nice.

No coffee maker in my room, needed more soap in the shower apart from sink. No bottled water. Needs more security in the shopping center area. No restaurant in the hotel for breakfast or room service.

We needed a place to stay in Queretaro that was quiet for the holiday (lots of fireworks in San Miguel and really everywhere in Mexico for the holidays) and we wanted a quiet room-it worked for that. The staff was very good. The room very clean, upscale, boutique type hotels and rooms. Everything was very, very good. We plan on staying there again.

There is big construction and it is very difficult and a lot of traffic to get in and out of the hotel.
