Great hotel for staying in Querétaro.

There wasn't any fridge in the room. Although you can request in the reception that they put in the refrigerator what you need, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The space

The reservation was for 1 night, I requested the two rooms in the same floor because one of them was for a minor of age, (<16). My request was deny, even tough there was 3 rooms with the label of "sanity room" complete paste. Really it was a soft request for security reason it was ignored.

It has a convenient location, near the city downtown and next to a place I needed to go.

I occasionally heard some noises at night, so maybe the hotel staff needs to work on how to better isolate the noises from other rooms.

It's a relatively new hotel, and it shows. It's very clean, very modern, and it has the basic amenities expected from an hotel of this kind. Would come back here again.

Nothing, to be honest. Very good and flexible service.

I LIKED THE ROOM, IT WAS SO COMFY AND THE BREAK FAST WAS DELICIUOS, THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. THE PERSONAL WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND I HAD NOT PROBLEMS DURING MY TIME AT THE HOTEL.

FOR THE MOMENT I DONT HAVE ANY BAD COMMENT ABOUT IT, BECAUSE ALL WAS GOOD AND VERY COMFY

I was not expecting much from a hotel of the Choice group, so I was very much surprised. This hotel is new, modern, and a good value. The room was of a good size, and there was a hatch under the window that could be opened to let in fresh air. It was very comfortable except for the lack of heating. The bathroom had a rain shower with a great stream of hot water. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was very good. Free garage parking. If you don't need to be right in the middle of the historic center, this is a great Choice.

Soundproofing could be better, I could hear the neighbors talk. The air conditioner only cools, it doesn't have a heating function. I had to ask for an extra blanket as the room was a bit cold at night.

It is a really excellent hotel for this price. A very comfortable room and friendly staff. Underground parking for visitors. Smart WiFi. The breakfast was good, but actually it could be more rich.

NO COMPLAINTS; EVERYTHING IN THIS HOTEL WORKS AS EXPECTED. STAFF ARE PATIENT AND HELPFUL, THESE ARE THE REASONS THAT I KEEP COMING BACK WHENEVER I VISIT QUERETARO.

ACCESS TO RECEPTION IS TOWARDS THE END OF THE BUILDING. WITH A BUS STOP AT THE ENTRANCE, IT BE CAN A LITTLE AWKWARD SOME TIMES GETTING IN, PARTICULARLY AT PEAK TRAFFIC HOURS. STILL, IT'S A SMALL PRICE TO PAY FOR THE VALUE YOU GET AT THIS HOTEL.

Free breakfast with good options. Very nice staff. Clean. Spacious room. Good location.

Beds were hard/very firm.
