Its very quiet and safety hotel

This hotel should have higher rating, its very clean, big spacious rooms, access to the balcony (not private though), everything is provided in the room - clean towels, microwave, fridge etc. Good pressure in the shower. Air con worked very well. Staff is helping and friendly but nobody speaks English. It was very clean!

The area where this hotel location is not nice, quite depressive. its about 15 min walk to the bus stop where the buses leave to the Zona Hotelera. If thats not a problem for you, then its fine. There are no good restraunts nearby, you have to walk to the center. ADO bus station is also 15 min walk

The place was so clean. Constantly being cleaned. The plants add a homey feel. It’s bright and airy. The ac and shower worked great. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant across the street was excellent, great prices. A 20 minute walk to bus station.

The staff is kind and helpful, the room clean

No access to alcohol , you are in Cancun at least you want to have a beer where you are staying. They do not allow visits such as family into your room the only place it the facility with A/C and they do not have like an area where you can have a relaxing time , you are ether stock in your room or go out somewhere else. There's was an ugly curtain covering some wires and piping in my room.

Price was good. If you want to be close Cancun city center, location was good.

I like the safety and the personal was very friendly. The Room was also fine. Its not the best and a little bit pricey but for staying one two days its absoulutly great.

I talk basic spanish, but they talked with me only spanish, don‘t know if every personal can speak english.

I liked the price and my air-conditioning and fan worked great.

The internet went down for half a day but it wasn't their fault.

Staff didn't speak English - you can deal with the translation app simply Bed was small for two people

We were close to a restaurant that had good local food and only 10minute walk from the mall to grab some things we'd been missing. The ambiance in the hotel with the tree and plants growing is beautiful. There was a problem with our first room and they quickly moved us to another room. They were helpful getting us a taxi that wouldn't over charge us the next morning.

Location didn't feel the safest, especially at night. Not the hotel's fault.
