Clean good internet and good location. Friendly and definitely good for a night, especially when you have to take the ADO early in the morning. It's just a 5 minute walk. Lots of good street taco places in that street.

Hard to find the place because there's no sign or anything on the door Also no door bell. If you don't have a phone, might be hard to get in.

Thelmar is practically situated near To ADO bus station, and there are a lot of restaurants and street food places nearby. My room was very practical with a good bed. It was very clean.

The room was just basic with no chairs or a any nighttable by the bed. Light was not good enough for reading. The water preassure in shower was very low. The owner/worker was nice and helpful when I checked in, but since then I met only the house dog at my 3 days stay. On the other hand, it was not a problem.

This was my first time to Mexico. The madness of getting through customs at Cancun airport and trying to fill out a form wtitten in Mexican into English. I knew not to accept the rip off taxis and got a bus downtown. The room was basic with no tv. It had super cold air conditioning and a great Wi-fi signal. The shower was piping hot. I loved walking downtown with so much going on. I enjoyed the tacos food stand by the ADO bus station, only 15 mins walk from hotel. One day I followed walking app to the nearest beach and ended up at the harbour and its shopping centre after an hour or 2 of slow walking and plenty of photo opportunities. The crazy van rides to hotel zone for 12 Peso one way and it's white sandy beaches. Best of all was Cancun downtown at night.

Good comunication, nice comfortable room with bathroom and towel provided. Drinking water is available in a shared kitchen. Located closed to the central bus station.

There is no sign or whatsoever which makes it tough to find the accomodation particularly at night. Any direction/sign/doorbell would be very helpful.

Location was great. A 6 min walk from the ADO station. Stayed in 2 units and bed was comfortable in both. Bathrooms were spacious. AC was strong in both units. Shared space was very nice. Small kitchen, dining room table, etc. Close to ADO, 24 hour OXXO and Equidistant to Parque Las Palapas and Mercado 28 Bella is the cutest dog in Quintana Roo!

No signage on the outside, currently going through a slight remodel on the outside.

Very good location, small but convienent room espacially at this price. Fridge available in the common space. Polite and helpful staff.

A nightstand with a lamp would be useful for a longer stay.

Very comfy place. Wonderful AC. Great shower. Very quiet location. Shops and eating places nearby. Only a short walk to the bus station.

Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Nice common area. The location is very good for the city center. We could spend the night here well.

Unfortunately, the house is not directly identifiable as the accommodation from the outside and there was no bell. But then everything worked out great, had also booked at very short notice.

Tucked away on a quite side street of Cancun, the location felt like living like a local but it was not out of the way. Plus, being located nearby the ADO bus line was quite convenient and there were plenty of eatery's within walking distance. It is a good place to stay in Cancun for one night or many.

Bit tricky to get checked in because it does not have a public entrance so someone has to be around. But once you have a key it is no problem and the facilities are secure.
