Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week at Sina Suites. We booked two comfortable Junior Suites, which provided a basic but suitable base for our stay. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect escape. We particularly enjoyed its proximity to the lagoon; we even had the thrill of spotting a crocodile! Its location was ideal, within walking distance of the lively hotel zone shops and restaurants. The convenient bus service also made exploring easy. We were especially impressed by the kind and helpful staff, particularly Ramiro, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend Sina Suites for a convenient and peaceful Cancun vacation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for people who don't want to stay in a huge resort but want more than a hostel. I can't recommend this place enough. Perfect location right on the lagoon with a view of all the beautiful yachts. Has everything that you need - on site bar, restaurant, fill up of drinking water, pool, kitchen in your apartment, the comfiest beds, spacious shower with hot water, TV with netflix, close to local shops and restaurants, close to R1 / R2 bus stop, friendly staff, daily pool towels that you can take to the beach (what a nice touch). Special shout out to the Pink Coconut for my veggies/vegans. I loved the relaxed atmosphere, as you can decide what vibe you want your holiday to be - do you want to relax on your patio or socialise with other guests or sunbathe etc. There's nothing more awful than arriving at a place and being hit instantly with other holiday makers obnoxious noise and you feel like you're on their holiday. Sina was nothing like that, it was the most relaxing inviting and welcoming place where you can forget about the world while you're there.

Not something that bothered me, but they ask (politely) if you want to tip each time you order something even if its just a drinks order. I must stress this is in all Mexico not just this hotel and also remind you that we are on holiday - we are there to spend money, so just give what you can! Order a bunch of stuff at once if you'd prefer to just give one tip. These businesses are their livelihood at the end of the day and it is within their culture to ask for tips - they are not doing it to offend! I know this might seem a bit of a shock to some other cultures like British who aren't accustom to tipping as much.

Cool location away from the noise of Cancun - good facilities and very helpful staff. They go the extra mile to help you out with questions. Location is slightly far (can be a pro or a con depending on what you want). Need a bus ride to get to Cancun center. But there are restaurants in walking distance.

Great breakfast and perfect service for dinner, good location and lovely premises.

Rooms had ants in them and the nets for the mosquitoes barely work, I had some mosquito bites in the morning.

Sina Suites is a great hotel, which I recommend. The hotel has a good location, you can easily take a bus to go to one of the many beaches (walking is also an option of course) or to downtown Cancùn. Furthermore, the hotel has a quiet location and it has a big green beautiful area with a pool from where you can enjoy the view of the lagoon. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the employees are friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the receptionist Abrìl was amazing, she explained to us where to go , how to go there and she provided very useful tips. The other receptionists were also friendly. The bartender working in the evenings, was also a great guy , making small talk and lovely cocktails. All the employees made us feel welcomed, we even got a free complementary breakfast at the end of the stay. Our room was very spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. The hotel does not provide organized excursions but it is very easy to arrange them via many of the tour guides or via an app. I arranged 3 group excursions via an app and the pick up location was 10-15 min walking from Sina Suites, which was great. Overall, Sina Suites is a place which is not in the busy area of Cancùn where you can relax and enjoy quiet time. If you want, you can easily take the bus and go wherever you wish.

This is an exceptional self-catering option, with hotel amenities and excellent value for money. I would 100pc recommend staying here if you're looking for something that isn't the massive, all-inclusive hotels. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the location perfect - just off the main thoroughfair and within walking distance to shops and beaches. Personally, I would recommend renting a car if you're saying any length of time. From the minute I arrived, the management could not have been better. The AC was not working properly in the apartment I checked into (it was late at night when I arrived) and when I mentioned this the next morning I was offered a new room immediately or wait for it to be fixed. When I booked my taxi to the airport for the wrong day I asked for help to get another taxi and the manager drove me to the airport and refused to take payment! Also, the small amount of laundry I got done was done perfectly and returned within c3 hours. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and my apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. The pictures don't do this place justice. My apartment was a little dark, which isn't bad given the heat in July, but the outside pool area is perfectly located looking onto the lagoon, making it very quiet and peaceful at all times.

I would like to say this place is rubbish so I can keep it all to myself but it's the most epic place I've ever stayed. It's well laid out, right in the sun all day and nice and quiet at night. Don't worry if you like noise, as the party centre of Cancún is about a 15 walk. The place is welcoming, fun and relaxing. Great place for singles, couples especially and families. All the staff were great but Ramiro and Alex in the bar were outstanding. April was amazing, as was the other young lady she works with. The night porter was very helpful my first night. Watch out for Pepe the crocodile, he lives in the lagoon and will eat you if given the chance but you must see him. There are two dogs just up the street and if you go pat them for me

this is second trip there. the staff here is absolutely amazing. EVERY one of them goes out of there way to serve you! and you wont find a better server than Ramiro at the pool side bar.

The people who own and run this little hidden (but close by) Gem , were so Cool. Places like Sina Suites are why good souls travel to Mexico ! Want to make your guests happy ? Have a cool little place that's not to far from a Beautiful Beach and a cancun nightlife , but just far enough away Tobe peaceful and quiet and Perfect ! Add a wonderful lagoon side restaurant/bar , staffed by souls who became My Friends ! Gigantic Pool / la Piscina es Hermosa ! Super spacious suites with A list Refreshing every morning by smiling souls !! Comfortable beds Solid AC ! I liked this Place a Lot ! Thank you Jesus Luna ! coming back soon

I didn't like leaving

Absolutely amazing staff! I read reviews prior to the trip that said the staff was amazing but honestly beyond expectations! We stayed for quite a long time so we got a bigger room than we originally should’ve get. Staff was really helpful and amazing everything was clean. Bartender Ramiro makes really good cocktails which we really didn’t expect from a hotel bar! Best margarita we had in Cancun. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food. It’s definitely not a party place like most hotels in Cancun but people were socializing by the pool. We had a great time and would 100% recommend!

It was a great stay these are only tiny details. WiFi wasn’t the strongest at living rooms are but perfectly fine in the rest of the room. Also not many outlets
