The hotel was in a good location for my needs - closer to the airport and close to some really good restaurants (Ambar, Almina). The room was well maintained and kept very clean during my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept very well there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have any issues communicating with them in English. Free parking in the courtyard area was very convenient and I was glad to know that my rental car was not parked out on the streets.

The sound isolation between rooms was pretty good but the door did little to block noise from outside (traffic on the street, guests walking by, etc). That said, once things quieted down for the night, it was really quiet and no issue. While the air conditioner did work, it was not possible to change the temperature which had a set point of about 70F (21C). Thankfully, the hotel provided a decent blanket for while sleeping, but it was uncomfortably cool while just relaxing in the room.

I like the fact that having purchase the 2 nights. I was able to cancel the second ninth and I got a reference and I think that's really have kinds from from the hotel. Generally is good if you are travelling with the family of 4 couple and 2 children. Even if the children are small, perhaps it's not the idea of iPhone photo, but if you aren't travelling for a couple or single, that's perfect. And I want recommends.

The rooms add a bit small for a couple of 2 children. And this was so-called the luxury twin room. But I mean, it's not dramatic. The fridge could help and although the parking inside of the premise is very useful, it would be much better if it was covered with a structure with panel solar panels, for example. Thank you.

I Love their beds because they are so soft. I also like how clean the space is.

I feel its preety far from central locations of Chetumal. I also expected in the room to have a microwave and/or minifridge.. Some of us travel with kids and need to heat or store bottles for the kids. Their wifi kept dropping at the second floor. It only worked best if you came out of the room and went to the bottom floor. I also requested in my reservation for the bottom floor and i got the second floor ( i had a baby and suffer from back pain - Im claustrophobic to the elevator so i had to take the stairs)

It was super cheap, convenient, comfortable, great value, and super clean. Excellent value for money especially for when you’re traveling between cities/districts. Highly recommend and would stay again.

If only the hot water lasted longer. Also when we first arrived housekeeping forgot to put in bath towels. But we called reception and they immediately gave us what we needed.

The location is great, it doesn't offer breakfast but there is a restaurant across the park that does and that was good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't directed at the bed and that is very important to us. It is a basic room but spacious enough and clean. The parking is easy and practical.

We were given a room at first that had a sewers smell but they then kindly gave us an other room that was perfect. The place is a little dated but if would stay there again with pleasure if I were to travel through Chetumal again. The elevator wasn't working.

Clean, straight forward, very well priced, secured car parking and a nice clean room. Nothing more nothing less. Best price if you are looking for just an overnight without food and beverage services.

Ac remote didn’t work

Everything about the room was acceptable. Bottled water was provided each day, which was welcome as it was very hot in Chetumal. The room was clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There were no shops, cafe or restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive, which helped.

The staff had no suggestions for restaurants or destinations nearby. We were hungry after traveling 6.5 hours and they didn't know how to give us directions to ANY restaurants... I thought that was unprofessional. A map of the area would have been VERY helpful. Two wifi tickets were issued so only two devices were able to log into the network. My wife and I each have a phone so I couldn't use my tablet on their wifi.

Great location. 5 minutes from airport and 3 minutes from Cafe del Puerto (our new favorite place for breakfast) Good internet service, much better than in Bacalar and Mahahual hotels On-site parking
