This place was simply MAGICAL! A tucked gem... simply perfection, and unexpected in this part of town that is not catering to the standard tourist. Patricia has created the loveliest of respites and truly shares her home. The people could not have been more welcoming or helpful, and the property itself leaves nothing to be desired... I can't wait to go back! This will not be the perfect location for everyone... it is a long walk to the piers/ferry, but conveniently there is a taxi stand aroudn the corner. For those looking for a neighborhood stay away from the hotels and tourist center, look no further.

Amazing, amazing place. Previously a family home, now a very cosy B&B. Friendly guests, lovely house cat Maria. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. Not situated in the immediate tourist centre, but you'll find better and cheaper restaurants around the B&B and there is a supermarket and a taxi station right around the corner.

Hacienda Boutique felt like a home away from home. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The lush garden feels like an oasis retreat, with a great pool and heated jaccuzzi perfect after a day of diving on the island. The free breakfast is delicious and has multiple options. The shared outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and we made some nice outdoor meals there too. We kept extending our stay and both rooms we slept in were very spacious and equipped with all you need. We had rented a scooter so getting around was easy. We loved our stay and you will too! We will definitely be back.

It was perfect

When I booked the Hacienda Boutique I thought those photos were too beautiful to be true. In reality the place shines even more. Above all, Patricia and her husband Cesar made me feel like a loved member of their family. They took care of everything for me. Transport, scooter (even returned it for me, so I had zero hassle with it whatsoever), scuba diving, restaurants, you name it. They just went above and beyond! The chefs who prepared my breakfast (many choices) were equally caring people, who never missed a beat to make sure I had everything I could desire. What else is awesome there? The pool with outdoor kitchen makes no sense for a hotel with just a couple of rooms. I had it for myself most of the time, which made me feel just grateful. Even the cat made me feel good, lying down next to me purring. And of course the other guests. I met wonderful people who I got to spend time with and adventure the island. Why is this possible? Because when Patricia's children got married and moved out, she and her husband decided to turn their home into a boutique hotel. They spent two decades caring for their property and are now giving travellers a chance to benefit from the space and the relationships they so thoughtfully built over time. I had the best time with everyone they recommended to me. This place is perfect as a home base from which you can discover some of the most beautiful beaches and dive sites in the world. Enjoy ;)

Delicious breakfasts. Kind and welcoming hosts that look out for you. Feels like a home stay + relaxed boutique spa when you're in the garden. Walking distance to the grocery store and the main drag of "local" restaurants+ a taxi pick-up line. There is a fridge and outdoor kitchen available for use, which helped us plan our early morning breakfasts on days we needed to leave before the breakfast service began. We loved relaxing in the garden with Maria, the sweet and friendly cat. 10/10 would return and recommend to my friends.

Everything was lovely, so this is hard to come up with... Maybe a hotter temperature in the jacuzzi?

We found this very special place for us to stay while on Cozumel. We loved the quite/tranquil ambiance and the green vegetation/jungle vibe outdoors. The pool side breakfasts each morning were very good and we loved the excellent and attentive service from all of the staff! The room we stayed in was large/perfect size for us. We did not feel cramped and there was plenty of storage space for all our belongings. The shared kitchen at the pool side was fantastic as it has everything you will need to cook your own meals if desired. Note: Some rooms will have refrigerators and others will not. However, there is an extra large shared refrigerator at the pool near the outdoor kitchen. You will have your own assigned space/shelf and door storage in the refrigerator for your room. So not having an ‘in-room’ refrigerator was not an issue for us. We actually loved this idea because our drink and food was by the pool & the outdoor kitchen which is where we always wanted to be for eating or having an adult beverage. If you must have a refrigerator in your room then check the details/amenities' of the room you choose before selecting/booking it. We did not have an ‘in-room’ refrigerator in our room but as it turned out, the outside shared refrigerator by the pool and kitchen was more than enough for us and really much more convenient for our outdoor living style. We will return here again!

The breakfast was Amazing. Very accommodating and aimed to leave us satisfied every meal!!!! I can’t wait to come back and eat on that heavenly patio again. One thing about the breakfast that I would add is a few more spicy salsas just what I prefer personally is spicy!!!! Room was amazing exactly as advertised (Perfectly Amazing) and AC worked Stellar. Outside space Never Change A Thing it’s Perfect and Exceptionally Beautiful.

Extremely clean and the decor was unique. Each room has its own theme. We stayed in the Angel room. Very cool!

The property is a quaint B and B a little off of the tourist trek in Cozumel. As such, it’s secluded and peaceful. The hosts provide refrigerator and kitchen access outside. They are very willing to assist in arrange tours, rentals, and taxis. The property is their home, so it is highly personalized. They are very kind as are the three staff that make breakfast and clean the property daily. I would def! return again.

In the evenings when the hosts retired to their section of the home, they would often crank up classical music to silence the din of travelers talking (usually 2-4 people). It was uncomfortably loud to sit and relax in the outdoor lounge chairs.
