Large double room with air conditioning and private bathroom. You share a fully equipped kitchen and living room with another double room. At the living room is a small balcony. Our room had its own balcony. WiFi was great. Restaurants, shops and supermarket around the corner. Not far to the beach. free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in a residential complex with a communal pool. We didn't use the poll. We were very happy with the accommodation. The address on Booking.com is not quite correct. Bathroom a bit worn. Sometimes a little loud in the evening through the street, we didn't sleep with the window open.

Amazing place! The apartment is very pretty and has all the facilities one might need. It's a 5 minute walk to 5th street (where the party is at) and it has an amazing pool surrounded by so much green. Michael was also an amazing host and responded very fast (i changed our check in time about 3 times) and was very flexible.

Only thing is that the AC was a little outdated, but replacing an AC is very expensive so.. People should book Playa Alegria more 😊

I really enjoyed the place. I was there for 3 weeks. The kitchen is a share place. My room had a private balcony, clim and tv. It was perfect. The people who work here are very kind and helpful. A big mention for the girl who make the room everytime I asked for. I met a lot of travelers who shared the space with me.

Wifi not working around the pool.

Very well located, restaurants, shops and supermarket just around the corner. Accommodation in a block of flats. We had two double bed rooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. We didn't use the poll. The accommodation is ideal for 4 people. Air conditioning and good wifi. We felt safe and comfortable.

The rooms are already a bit worn. You can see it especially in the bathroom.

Nice place to stay in playa del carmen. It has a kitchen with a fridge and dishes.

This is not a hotel, but it is more like an Airbnb . It is a room in an apartment in a residence. There is another room in the apartment, so you might have to share the apartment. Parking spot is to share with the other room.

Very clean. The host speaks very good English and was really helpful. Good location. Well equiped kitchen.

There is no name on the building and few of them look the same so we had trouble finding it.

The host Giuliano was super friendly and helpful. The apartment is very lovely and comfy. The best part is the location: is perfect! The place is near 5ta avenida and the beach, and it's safe and quiet.

If I had to get picky, perhaps linens could be better and coordinating check-in and check-out was a little uneasy for me, but other than that I had an amazing stay.

Maya Vacanze Playa Alegria is perfectly located; close by the beach and the center, but still at a location that is not to bussy or loud. The Wifi worked perfectly and everything was clean. A/C and kitchen are included. A real plus is the amazing swimming pool and the parking spot right next to the building!

Great location, only few blocks from the beach. Appartment is clean, confortable and safe. The kitchen is very useful and has all you may need.
