units were very clean. staff was polite and attentive and helpful. Pool area was pleasant, not crowded. the place has underground secured parking, which I only used for my rented bicycle, but it was awesome for those who rent a car. Location is just a blocks from 5 ave and the beaches. location has great restaurants near by without the high 5 ave prices. Walmart is two blocks away for getting supplies as is the Police station. there is also a large park that is clean and nice next to the Police station. local setup stand’s Thursday- Sunday, with live local music.

water pressure for the shower was low. it was not a big deal for me. I expect it is a water savings setup, but didn’t ask.

The room was large, had really good aircon, super comfortable beds, a nice balcony and was really clean. Wifi worked well. The hotel is set back far enough from 10th Ave that you don't hear any noise at night but close enough that it's only a short walk away. It is in an excellent location for the ADO buses (Terminal Alterna) and not too far for the Cozumel ferry dock.

Modern, large and clean room. The large rooftop pool and lounging areas are beautiful, with great views of the town and the sea in the distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to Walmart and the ADO bus terminal (and excellent street food!,), and still a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Soap and shampoo were supplied, but no dishwashing liquid. Also, while there was a small coffee maker, a daily supply of coffee and condiments would have been appreciated.

Great location with lovely, friendly staff.

On my first day the floor was quite dirty but afterwards it was very clean and mopped daily. I’d say this was due to a different cleaner. We had a big electrical storm on my first night that cut off the water, phone lines, and most power for 16 hours. I would have thought they would have a back up generator. It was difficult not having any water as I couldn’t shower and it was very hot but I realise this wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

This was our second trip to this property, and we love everything about it. The apartments are gleaming and modern and have everything you could need. We love that you can cook in the kitchen or pop up to the rooftop pool where they have hammocks and tables and beautiful lighting and even a barbecue! The location is perfect because it's right near Walmart and walking distance to everything on 10th, 5th... even the beach! The staff is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. We have traveled all over the world and never been treated as well as Daniel treats us, he does such an excellent job that we start to think of him as friend. He goes above and beyond to help with absolutely anything. Everything about this property is phenomenal.

There is nothing that we don't love.

We stayed at Meliora for 10 nights and we loved it! The position is great as it is 5 min walking from the “Quinta Avenida", but it is located in a quiet street where it is possible to stay away from the noise, sleep well and relax. Rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all the essential tools you may need. The Pool on the roof is amazing and there is a small Gym, hammocks and a BBQ. The hotel provides with towels and there is a parking at the level -1 which is very useful if you are travelling with your car. At literally 2 mins walking there is an ADO station with (amongst the others) pullman from and to Cancun airport. They also have an agreement with a beach where you can go. The hotel was in a great location within easy walk to the beach and shopping district, but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. The A/C worked well, which you really need with high humidity. The front desk had an attendant 24/7. The place was very modern, clean, wonderful rooftop pool where I swam nearly every morning. I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed mattress was harder than I personally prefer. While the room had dishes to use, they provided no dishwashing soap to clean the dishes, which we had to purchase at nearby WalMart. Also the sign for the hotel can only be viewed on one side of the street causing us some struggle to find the hotel.

everything was brand new and there was a full kitchen, great support so you don’t need to eat out every time. and the cleaner even washed the dishes for us! amazing! the bed is comfortable (firm mattress) and there is a smart tv, air conditioner and a fan.

the sink was leaking, so it made an annoying noise. the neighbors were loud until late, so it would be good to have a bit more house rules and monitoring. the corridor lights are also not turned off during the night and it enters the room through the bathroom. there is no hair conditioner or body lotion.

Staff were very friendly, specifically the manager and the lady. The rooms are apartments so you have a kitchen where you can cook pasta or anything you want. Two big supermarkets are near to the hotel. The beds are confortable. The showers are okay but not as warm as we wished. The pool is nice and the area is calm but very near from 5th Avenue. Just 2 streets aways from Coco Bongo.

A window was broken but the maintenance guy came and fixed the problem. We changed the room and the second room which was supposedly better smelled to humidity so we had to open the window for 20 minutes to get fresh air in the room.

The hotel is very close to the ADO station, to 5th Avenida where most restaurant and shops are and to the beach. The location is perfect if you don’t have a car. Moreover there’s a small pool on the rooftop which is nice if you want to chill after a long day at the beach. Finally the room is very big and is equipped with a kitchen hence if you want to have breakfast in the room or eat a sandwich it’s perfect.

The staff seems to be pissed to have tourists around
