The room was clean where it mattered (floors, beds, wardrobe, bathroom) and was cleaned daily. There is a lot of storage, many coat racks, a safe, and complimentary toilet paper, soap and one towel per guest. There is a bottled water fountain at reception, which is super useful. Our door lock (chain latch) was broken the first night but reception staff tried to fix it to the best of their abilities. It was properly fixed by maintenance by the next evening without us having to ask for it - great communication between the team! The location is great, it's very close to the ADO bus terminal, the beach and a fun square although the latter can be a bit loud on Friday. There is technically no glass sealing the windows, only a kind of lamina, so soundproofing isn't possible. The guests were perfectly respectful though and I was able to sleep well.

There was ample dust sitting on the curtain rings, which is a bit unpleasant to look at.

Comfortable beds, big rooms, hot shower with good pressure. Check in and check out was as smooth as it gets.

Bathroom window can't be closed so there's mosquitoes that come in and you can hear people outside. The shades are also not fully opaque so it feels it's not the best for privacy. There is only one small blanket for the bed so it gets cold with the A/C on.

Very nice room, nice comfortable bed. Great showers. If it was too hot the A/C or ceiling fan worked great. Close to this park where every Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is live music, great food vendors and clothing vendors. Very close to the bus station ADO Playa Del Carmen Terminal Alterna.

We booked one night with a late arrival (12:00 am) as we were to stay the rest of our vacation at Xcaret hotel, we have no problems at all, the night desk representative was very friendly, and all you need in one place, the wall-mart store was within walking distance and the famous 5th avenue.

Big and clean room, good location - bus station Alterna is in few min walking distance, Turistica 10 min, so it was easy to travel around. Staff are nice and helpful

Location is great, close to the center and Walmart, but in a quiet area. I had a good sleep. Place is very clean. Staff is very nice. They can keep your luggage for free after check-out time.

There is no fridge in the room. I didn't need it during my short staying, but it can be important for someone.

no hot water and they change your towels everyday which is a bit unnecessary. the staff isn’t the friendliest, when I checked in he just gave me my key and didn’t show me where to go or tell me any information about the place, didn’t give me the wifi either
