Strong smell in lobby, raccoons in hallways at night. Outside of building was worn/dirty. The jungle view below our room looked unkept, with some trash.

Breakfast was excellent loved the wide variety of fruits The staff went above and beyond, loved the staff The staff was best part of stay Spice, Tamarind and Capers food was Excellent salmon to die for

The drinks were all weak, next to no alcohol at all in the drinks The Sodas were always flat My room had broken pipe, staff was there promptly to repair

We loved the beautiful resort surroundings, the pools/swimup bars, wide variety of dining options and gorgeous landscaping. Grounds and beach were very well maintained (despite the excessive seaweed on the beach). Our ocean view suites in the preferred club were very luxurious and comfortable, and the warm hospitality of the staff was absolutely incredible.

The seaweed on the beach and the difficulty getting chairs poolside because many people left items on the lounge chairs by the pools to reserve them early in the morning and then left to attend other activities which seemed inconsiderate of other guests. Also the small portion size in the all inclusive restaurants was a bit disappointing.

The property is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. Overall the quality of the food is good, with a couple of exceptions. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The buffet is closed in the evening. You can eat dinner only at one of the four restaurants. starting from 7 pm there is usually a waiting list to get a table, sometimes with a waiting time of up to one hour. The hotel would not give me a straightforward reply to my request for a baby crib. Even the day before our arrival, the hotel wrote that they could not guarantee a crib, that it depended on availability.

Extra points!

The usual weak WiFi problem, even the Netflix/ Youtube channels are useless because of that The dinner time peaks take a lot of extra waiting, one or two restaurants are always closed, but if you get used to it, you can work out the solution easily 😉 👍

The entire resort is outstanding, staff is excellent!! Rooms were very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Selection of dining experiences is 5 star, something for everyone and chef prepared!! Pools were all clean and beautiful!! Wait staff kept the drinks coming all day!!! Beach areas were meticulously cleaned at sunrise every day and well maintained throughout the day. Live bands in the evenings were a bonus!! Paradise!!!

The evening theater shows were not the best.

The location is good right next to the beach,the swimming pool is nice as well.I really like the coconut ice cream from the cafe,most of the staff r really friendly

The thing I hate most is right after we checked in,they told u wait there for some vouchers(it's totally useless) then there is guy trying to sell you timeshare which is really annoying asked a lot of piracy questions and took us a long time There r a lot of seaweed in that area of ocean,all the acohol r weak ,the food they providing in room service r really not good at all，seems they intend to make it taste bad so people have to get down to wait in such a long line for food(Some of the waiters have bad attitude maybe because they were too busy)

I don’t think ever think I’ve been treated better. The service was awesome. They have a best Team! I would write down so many names but I’d be writing a book at that point. I would recommend this resort any day! Also The room service was great and our room was always clean! Gourmet food!

The only thing is, the rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear everything going on outside in the halls and the rooms. We don’t have kids but we would hear lots of kids being a little loud in the morning.

The property was clean and beautiful. It was spread out yet not so big you could not walk everywhere. The pools were infinity and sitting on the ocean front.

The beach was rocky and there were long wait times for dinner.
