Great location. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Hotel is small and right on the beach. It is nice and quiet as msny around have loud music playing day and night. It needs a bit of TLC but is good value and comfy. The massage person was excellent and we would wake to green sea tutrle tracks all along the beach! Beautiful spot.

Tulum is expensive against the Aud$. Add that to the loud music from most of the restaurants and hotels and it took away the peaceful few days we were looking for. Alquimia was great as it was quieter. It does need some upgrades but l am sure post Covid many hotels are still recovering.

The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and places around to visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the hotel installations are very well maintained. The parking across the street is helpful (aside from the price of 200 pesos per night), but it's good to have it right there. Abd the rooftop viewing deck is AWESOME, we loved it!!!

Our room was on the first floor and on one of the nights we could hear noise coming from the rooms above. Luckily it lasted for about 20 min, so it wasn't anything too bad. The room could use a few more power outlets and ours only had one for the entire room. I always bring a power strip for those reasons, so this is something to keep in mind.

The location of the hotel is right on the beach. It's the quieter side of the beach, there were only a few people around us, and within walking distance to the restaurants in the evening. We upgraded our room to a presidential suite. This is definitely the best room in the hotel. This is a comfortable spacious room. There is a patio outside the room with a table and chairs, where you can sit and admire a beautiful sea view. The staff was very friendly.

- There was no hot water in the shower. Although it wasn't a big issue for us as it was very hot. - Parking was across the road for an additional charge on a 24 hour basis. During the night the parking area was shut. We came back just in time before it was shut, otherwise we would have to look for another parking place. - There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. In the morning, we had to wait till 9 o'clock for the kitchen to open to get a cup of coffee. - At the time of booking, the room rate was quoted by booking.com in US dollars, but upon arrival I was charged in Mexican pesos at a very unfavorable rate. Thus, our stay was much more expensive than I originally expected.

It has an amazing beach. The staff of the beach club was amazing.

The room I got has an external private bathroom which I don’t mind as I’ve stayed in rooms with similar layout in Tulum but this was different as it did not have a roof. One of the days I was there there was a storm and if I needed to use the bathroom, I had to do it under the rain… a little bit uncomfortable.

first of all the people that work there are all super nice in particularly Emanuel in the front desk. he was ultra nice and caring and taking care of the things we needed. the rooms are really well decorated and gives it really good energy. the food at the restaurant was my fav food in tulum, perfect beach restaurant and location could not be better- right by where the busiest most fun restaurant part of tulum but just about 5 min walk to the side enough that it was quiet.

Even before our stay the service provided by this hotel was amazing. They assisted us with arranging transfers and were very helpful with all of our enquiries. Manuel was so helpful and his English waa great which made it really easy for is since we speak only a little Spanish. The room was beautiful, the beds were super comfy and the Beach Club was perfect for food and drinks.

It was perfect for what I needed. Peaceful, quiet, just a little bit of music on the beach. beautiful space. loved the outdoor shower. massages on site. restaurant on site for daytime. In the evening I went to the Italian restaurant right in front of the hotel. My cat was happy. The staff was careful with my cat. The restaurant is a bit pricey compared to the hotel but it’s Tulum price I guess.

It would have been nice if the bikes were free of charge. A lot of hôtels do that.

The location is awesome if you want to be near the beach and all the popular locations in Tulum. The staff were very nice and accommodating with all my queries and were able to answer all the questions I had. And Honey, the dog, was a wonderful addition to the staff when going to the front desk.

Great place. Eco Container rooms are super affordable for what you get, beds are super comfortable and house keeping does a great job every day. the hotel is on the beach and has great beds to relax on and a bar/restaurant to get drinks at. The infinity pool was also great. if you go don’t forget the get a massage too, for $20 you can’t beat them. Overall experience was great. Thanks to our host, the hotel dog Honey, and the best waiter in Tulum, Erben.

This is such a great place. Perfect location right on the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help. It’s my second stay here the manager has made so many renovations. Dog friendly. The room was so cute. Great ceviche and fruit and food. I can’t say enough good things. This is great value I really couldn’t have asked for more
