The hotel's design is simply stunning, from the lobby to the beach, the pools, and the rooms. It offers the perfect beach in all of Tulum, with impeccably beautiful beds, and it's the only beach where seaweed is consistently cleaned. The vibrant music and lively atmosphere add to the enjoyment. The hotel restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food, and the rooftop provides an incredible view on one side of the sea and on the other side, the lush jungle. The pools and jacuzzis are perfect for relaxation, and the staff members are both nice and accommodating.

my only concern was that the room had a noticeable moldy odor, and there was no blanket provided, only a sheet, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a minor issue with our room reservation (we didn't exactly get the one I reserved) and was disappointed at first, but the staff went above and beyond to compensate — they gave me a refund, plus a surprise dinner with drinks and made sure our stay was great (special shout out to Antonio, thank you). The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool, by the beach, great location close to restaurants but not too close to the busiest area. I would definitely come back. Nice breakfast, great staff and food by the beach and rooftop.

Besides the unpleasant surprise I had with the room (see above): Wifi connection wasn't great inside our room (it worked but was unstable), although it was great in the rest of the facilities (I had to join a few videos calls and it worked perfectly). The room could have a bit more shelves or hangers while still keeping the same minimal design (it's hard to find space for clothes and toiletries). My only REAL suggestion would be to add a door or at least a curtain to separate the toilet area from the rest of the bathroom/space (it's slightly uncomfortable to have to share everything with your partner).

The property is stunning and well maintained. I was in the new wing of the hotel. It is quiet, has a view of the ocean but not whole view. The room is small and minimalist. There is a safe for you, no fridge but daily two bottles of water. Housekeeping is around 5 pm, and turn down service is 9 pm. I thought it was late but I think it is part of the tulum culture - people have dinner around 8 30 / 9 pm. It is smack center, south of the beach (where you want to be anyway) as hotel zone itself is remote. There are two pools, very comfortable. And of course, the ocean. I has such a lovely stay. Shout out to Alberto who went above and beyond! Thank you Alberto! The entire staff are polite and gracious. It was really memorable. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel the design is amazing, wonderful staff very friendly yet professional. Food was amazing (very expensive we expected it though). The beach is wonderful and very well kept, super clean, great ambiance. Shoutout to our waiter Edouardo and the whole team who made the difference for us. Front desk crew was also awesome and helped us many times.

The design is so beautiful but it lacked comfort, the bed was very firm (and we don’t consider ourselves picky sleepers) so we had some trouble sleeping. It was hard to stay organized since there is so little furniture to get settled in the room.

The hotel was a lovely place to spend time in, the food was amazing and the beach area was the best place in Tulum. also the sunset bar was gorgeous, I would recommend anyone to visit this bar whether they are guests or not.

The room wasn't very functional at all. They need more storage areas, because the room is so small there is nowhere to put anything. Slightly disappointing after spending so much on the room.

The location was really good. It's a walking distance to most restaurants and other beach clubs. The ambiance and facilities were really good and felt authentic. The room was large enough, and there was always hot water. Service wise, we loved interacting with Josh and Coco. They were phenomenal! The view from the rooftop was amazing.

Service was not the best except for Josh and Coco (they were phenomenal). Every morning, while every other table was getting serviced immediately, we had to ask twice or three times to get our coffee. The A/C in the room was not functioning properly; one time, we had ice falling off the A/C in the middle of the night. It got fixed the next morning, but still, it wasn't cooling properly. The cocktails at the bar could use more alcohol--they tasted like some fancy fruit juice. So I switched to beer and wine, knowing that they would for sure have some alcohol. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the service could be improved, and the drinks could use more alcohol.

Great location, staff, rooms, and a beautiful building. The restaurant is great too. I liked that it had more of a hotel feeling as I’ve stayed at some of the other jungle type places and this was more comfortable and classic.

My only complaint is that these types of places describe themselves as “minimalist” and the rooms look like that from the pictures. However, with no closet or dresser, the room will definitely not look minimalist with your stuff scattered everywhere.

The food! I wasn’t expecting such a good meal and everything was exquisite! Sopa de lima to die for, and then the octopus… that rice and the tortillas so so good. Mexican approved :) - The pool is gorgeous.

I didn’t like that the receptionist doesn’t speak Spanish! She’s not the only one there but still, I think it’s necessary to speak Spanish :) - sadly and not the hotel fault but the seaweed :( - they’re building next to the hotel so the noise can be a thing. - oh! and we ordered a drink and it’s part of the cocktail to have a totopo with warms… I mean, they should tell you in advance haha not just when arrives and voila! and it wasn’t 1 or 2 but a good spoon of warms… not for everyone.

LOVED this hotel. Absolutely loved everything about it, the aesthetic, the staff, the rooms, and location. The staff could not do anything more for us! Can not fault anything. We even had an issue on our holiday, and they helped us so much. Even went above and beyond to organise a room for us last minute when we stayed for a second time on our holiday. If I go back to Tulum, this is the only hotel I would book. The location spot is great, too! Thank you to all the staff for looking after us on our stay.

The pool, beach, restaurant, rooftop bar and all communal hotel areas are absolutely beautiful. Every member of staff at Hotel Panamera couldn’t do enough and were so hospitable and helpful. They couldn’t have been better !!

The rooms did let the hotel down. There was no hairdryer or fridge in the room as standard and there really isn’t anywhere to hang towels / store anything. The wood on the windows was slightly rotten and the ‘shabby chic’ had become a bit too shabby. We had very heavy rain during our stay and water leaked through the windows into our room - which the staff were very good about but this is disappointing given the price of the hotel as the room did not live up to expectation. Also the bed linen was bobbled and did not feel very soft / comfy
