location is amazing! right across from the ADO bus terminal and in the middle of so many restaurants. you can also rent bicycles straight from them which is convenient. bathrooms are beautiful. the shower is “open” but we’ll covered with big bamboo sticks

keep in mind there is no elevator. so if you’ll be staying on the 3rd floor like me, better not bring heavy luggage. the beach is a bit of a distance if you’re planning on biking like I did, but it’s manageable (good exercise)

This place is honestly SO beautiful, the attention to detail and the little touches in the decor is so lovely. The staff gave us a warm welcome and a lovely patio room which had a nice hammock to chill in! The toiletries all smelt great and carried that same boutique eco vibe that the whole place gives off. The place, although right in the centre of the main street of Tulum was so quiet and peaceful, we had a really great night there before our long travels the next day.

Unfortunately the bed was so firm and really uncomfortable. The pillows were great but the mattress was just like laying on the floor :( Other than this, which would prevent us booking again personally, the place was absolutely perfect. Such a shame!

the design of the hotel is really cute, the staff was great! the bartender Neri was super friendly. the girl at the front desk helped me plan my day, rent a bike, and book a tour. all servers were also super nice and allowed me to practice my Spanish with them.

the air conditioning did not work on my last night because there is construction on the property, but the fan helped cool the room so it was not a big problem. the bathroom layout is very cramped, but it worked fine for me as a solo traveler. the mattress was fairly small, I am not very tall and my feet would hang from the end of the bed. housekeeping never came to my room, but I didn’t mind.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a centric location. Top customer service attention and they have potable water available to refill anytime. ADO bus station across the street and several restaurant, farmacies and local stores close by. They provide bike rental, which is very practical to move around and go to the archeological area and beaches.

It would be good to have a full normal door in the bathroom instead of a semi-open door, for more privacy

Perfect location to stay in downtown Tulum if you're taking the bus from Cancun as it is right across the road from the bus station. Everything we had from the restaurant was delicious! Staff were kind and helpful, loved the bike rentals, clean and aesthetically-pleasing spaces.

The bed only had a sheet... would have been much more comfortable with a blanket. Bathroom was very small.

the staff was helpful and friendly and room was clean and tidy. the whole hotel has a holistic vibe and the noice insulation was good.

we was unfortunate to get a room with a faulty air conditioner. it didn’t get fixed during our stay in four days. we got the opportunity to switch to two rooms (we were a group of three) during the last night which was kind (we didn’t take the offer though).

Very pretty hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, cozy backyard. The restaurant/bar was great and you get 20% off as a hotel guest. The staff was very helpful and nice. Location just across the bus terminal. Would definitely recommend.

The vibe of the hotel, a mini oasis steps away from the main road. Outdoor bathroom was quite awesome. Liked that they gave out organic? soap at the recepcion.

What can you do, we stayed at the 2nd floor and the house doesnt have an elevator. Dont bring heavy suitcases ;) No parking but we didnt have problems finding a spot in the alleys around the hotel.

- great decor of the hotel and ambience - you can rent a bike at the hotel to roam around the city - nice garden where you can chill, read a book, take yoga classes they provide - good location just in the center

- live music till late night, so if you want to rest in the evening it is quite disturbing - restaurant charges 15% extra to the bill for service without even asking/informing - we asked to change for room with balcony, even tho they said no problem because we have many free rooms and we will check, they never gave it to us

the door in the bathroom was in a weird place so it was hard to move in there
