The location was what we were looking for it was quite And the staff took good care of us We stayed a few nights then left and came back 5 days later. And will come back again.

The complaint I have is not due to the staff or hotel it was a family of French people who came in to rent and wanted 4 rooms but only paid for 2 they were not going to pay and didn't . The hotel didn't want a bad review so rather than argue they let them have the two extra rooms. These people were rude had an attitude. I felt really bad for the night clerk such a nice guy too. These people showed no respect at all. I know all French are not like this but this is no way to treat people in a country that is not even theirs. They are visitors and they need to show respect. I love it here and I'm from the US.been coming to Izamal for years and have been treated like family I highly recommend this hotel and Izamal. Thank you

It was tranquil and had a beautiful pool area which was kept clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were a good value and the staff were helpful when needed.

The rooms were nice but quite bare. Our room needed another chair or chest on which to set our things.

The room was clean, the grounds keeper was great, kept everything super clean out side. Carlos was great.

More towels and for sure pool towels would have been a bonus!!! also the should purchase drain cover , because there was a foul smell coming from the drains. and know maid service the so the towels were used bothdays for the pool and showing 4 times.

The room was big and the bathroom too. Pool was clean and sunbeds were good. We stayed in the room with balcony but it was not really a private balcony, it was just the front part of the room (it was on the 2nd floor) who also leads to other rooms. Overall it was a really nice and quite location. Right in the corner there is a place where they made fresh "tortitas" and you can even see a cue of locals there waiting for buying them. It is around 10min walking from the center.

The staff was not the friendliest. There was a young guy that clearly did not want to work and an older one that was not super helpful. The woman was super nice though

My check-in time was later than expected but after contacting them, they quickly responded that it was no problem. So from the first moment onwards I really liked the contact with the staff and they were always very helpful. The room was way bigger than I expected and the facilities were all better than expected. The pool slightly smaller than it seems on the picture but a good place to cool off.

The location at nighttime is not the best. However, a taxi from the city center is very inexpensive and during the day it is only a 10 minutes walk.

Very fresh and rural with lots of space in the property and simple parking on the property.

Checkin from 15.00 and checkout 13.00 would be better if brought back one hour from 14.00 to 12.00. The room was very sparce and lighting needs a review

Free coffee was offered and bike rentals were available. The area was very quiet and safe. Some snacks and beverages were avaible for purchase which was very convenient. I was also impressed that 70 of the energy was supplied through solar panals. The gardens were lovely.

3rd visit. The pool was welcoming after our long drive. Peaceful ambiance and very pretty garden.

3rd visit. good value but staff not friendly the pool was welcoming after our long drive the toilet needed adjustment on our arrival as it didn’t flush. the AC needed to be restarted as it didn’t work on arrival.

The place is beautiful, it’s a walking distance from the center of Izamal. The room was quite big, water in the shower was hot with a good flow. No smelly drain and I visited very few places that didn’t have that problem so that’s a real plus !! There is a parking inside. It’s really a great value for money and I had a great night there.

The hotel was close enough to restaurants and the square was 6 blocks away. Comfortable and spacious rooms. It was a good reprieve from the busy of Merida. I used the opportunity to stay by the pool to relax as we are on an extended trip through the Yucatan. Good strong coffee available.

It is within a neighbour with many dogs, although the barking ceased in the evening and didn't effect my sleep. The hotel is a modern based onthe Hacienda style, so that was somewhat deceptive.
