A perfect stay in a haven of peace, good vibes and perfection. Every single detail has been thought about and carefully crafted. The furnishings are all classy and artsy. The team is very attentive. We have been around the world and can spot a place where the well-being of travellers is taken into consideration. The guests are treated like royalty from the time you park your car. The food at the restaurant is home-made, clean and inexpensive. The pool with fresh water from a Cenote is cool. When we left, we were even given a bottle of cold water and some fruits to keep us comfortable during the hot day. A perfect 10 for this hotel. Our only regret was not staying there for two nights. We highly recommend this.

The location in the middle of the jungle surrounded by beautiful Cenotes! Our room and everything on the grounds was full of art and with love for detail. Our hosts Lana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt like home. This is a true unique experience. The breakfast was jummy and fresh. Everything is 5* clean and brand new. wow.

Beautiful stylish rooms and swimming pool, great beds, absolute (jungle) silence, and it has the opportunity for star gazing at night from the rooftops. The staff was lovely and the owner makes you feel very welcome. A special thanks to the always-smiling Daniel, who made our stay even better!

Exceptional place in the heart of Mayan land. We stayed there on our way from Merida to Playa del Carmen and loved it. It is very well thought through, we loved the arts used for the decoration and the staff were very helpful (specially Angel). The small cenote nearby was very lovely.

Everything was excellent! The staff was really nice, but breakfast could have been better for the price we paid. They have two very cute dogs that made the stay even better!

This property consists of modern cabanas built out of concrete in a beautiful setting of a yard with the pool and sculptures all over the place, even a sculpture inside the pool. The room was nice, had AC and the property was gorgeously decorated.

The property, while very nicely decorated with art and beautiful landscaping, looked a little neglected in terms of daily maintenance such as care for plants and pool. The reception area looked very "worn". In fairness, I was there in the off season. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Just the guy who checked me in wasn't interested in doing his job. He basically handed me the key to the room and that was it. Since most staff doesn't speak English, which is certainly not to be expected in the middle of the Yucatan, it would be nice to have written instructions (Spanish or English) for basic stuff such as property info (breakfast area / breakfast times, the WIFI (I found out that there was WIFI, just no instructions anywhere and wifi is very helpful to use the needed translating app), where to park, where to get drinking water (There was a public drinking water dispenser, just no cups and no bottled water in the room, which I actually appreciate avoiding the plastic waste), and maybe some recommendations for services off property since they don't offer any amenities (no bar or restaurant on property). While there was a glamping property next door, which has a restaurant, Check-in-guy sent me to town to eat, when I asked about food. No big issues, just easy to improve and as a guest it's nice to know so one can be prepared and/or make their own arrangements.
