It’s a small hotel, very well taken care of. There’s no big crowds, it’s in a quiet place. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. Also you can visit the sauna and steam room + pool for a small extra fee.

The pillows were too small and uncomfortable. The water in the pool was too cold. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch and dinner, but at least you can use apps like Glovo to order.

The hotel is well kept and the rooms are large with a comfortable bed in there. breakfast is very delicious but also very limited

the bathroom window kind of let the cold in and there was no way to heat the bathroom. another thing I was surprised about was the breakfast. they have different menus that you can choose from and they are really tasty however you only have one cup of coffee included and every extra cup costs money. something to get used to..

Very tidy and clean hotel. Very kind staff, perfectly speaking English. Great breakfast. Warm and welcoming rooms. Comfortable bed. Availability of SPA on request. Super quiet position in the city, yet very close to the main center and services around such as cafes and supermarkets. Super recommended, I will definitely return.

No gym Having anti slip tiles in the spa area wouldn’t go amiss, feared for my life a couple of times

My room was quite big, clean and comfortable, the bed was really big and cosy. Good location close to the center places of interest.

I arrived at 8a.m. in the morning and asked for early check-in. There was a room available, but I was informed that early check-in is possible only for a separate price (appx. 5 usd per each hour till 2p.m.), which was additional 30 usd. I told that I will not stay overnight, so in my opinion hotel could provide me with a room without extra charges. This was not realy client orinted.

The room was spacious, super clean, bed was comfortable Breakfast is not buffet but super tasty (specially the pancakes with cottage cheese) The room was on the ground floor and windows are directly at the street - it is quiet however so just a matter of keeping curtains closed and it is no bother

The reception is not warm and welcoming, sometimes it felt that your presence was a bother

There was no drinking water. I expected free bottles of water in a room for a hotel of this level.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, you can easily get to the centre by taxi or even walking. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars around. The reception staff are amazing, guys were super helpful and friendly. Totally could rely on them. I absolutely loved the spa area, totally worth your time. Definitely would choose this hotel one more time.

It had spa which costed around 12$ per 1 hour!! I loved it! The breakfast was really good, the bathroom was great.
