excellent new/fresh interiors, comfortable and cozy place, location is quite but walking distance from the center, the washing machine in the bathroom made me happier. Smiling and helping staff, ..just a story: I was coming to my room from a walk with a bottle of white local wine. I asked a person at the kitchen if I can have the cork opener. He opened my wine and said "Sir, I have exactly the same bottle in my fridge, plz, take my one instead of yours, so you do not need to wait until it cools down in your room's fridge..." Perfect.

I liked totally everything. ..OK, the ramp for suitcases (or wheelchair!) seems to be too steep.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English. The whole place was clean, quiet and calm. The breakfast was decent and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The location is ideal, with everything in walking distance.

I liked everything. If I had to be picky, I would urge different window coverings to be considered (the curtains did not slide easily or allow for a completely dark room). And the lift was quite tight so a bigger lift would be nice. But really I liked everything. I will be back again.

We received an upgraded apartment which was very spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The location was very nice - convenient, central and cozy. We got a free parking on the territory of the hotel. It was quiet at night. WiFi signal was good

Generally, everything was good. Since the apartment is very big I would recommend to have a central switch for the light in the bedroom and next to the entrance (to turn off all the light in the apartment) and also USB port to charge phone.

We stayed for a week and liked literally everything about Zentrum Hotel. Super attentive, polite & caring staff (not just reception, but restaurant team, security and cleaning team), perfect location that is very central and convenient, delicious food in the restaurant, convenient parking and last but not least an excellent equipment, design and comfort of the apartment. I won’t exaggerate if I say that we fell in love with this place!

very clean, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. breakfast was great, with every day being little different - great variety. very close to center and walking distance to any stores. washer was a perfect addition to the room and we used it quite a few times. loved all the art around the hotel. pictures of the property on booking.com ARE correct.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Stylish rooms, all with a different designs, comfy beds and a great breakfast. Value for money and great staff. Really nothing I can say in detriment to them! Thanks Zentrum!

Chisinau traffic.. but that's not their fault.. you must factor it in though when planning trips or taxis to the airport. 20 mins easily becomes 50... On the bright side, they will happily organise transport for you. (Cash only though)

- Breakfast could have a bigger variety of desserts - Breakfast hall could be a bit bigger - Restaurant/bar could be open until later - My room was a bit dark - Next to my bed there was no side furniture to leave my phone, bottle of water, handerchief while sleeping

The hotel has very nice amenities. Feels modern and spacious, though not crowded and calm. The breakfast is abundant and the breakfast area/restaurant is nice. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. There was a small kitchen even though we have not used it. And a washing machine as well. It is close to the city center, but the street is quiet. The facade of the building is also nice and there are lovely flowers at the entrance. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. It was a short stay but I'm coming back soon.

The restaurant is expensive as it usually is in the hotels. The food tries to be fancy but is not delicious IMO. There was a strong smell in the room - I guess it was the substance for polishing the wooden furniture. I'd suggest using it less generously.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. incredible staff and amazing rooms. The rooms are incredibly spacious and provide every amenity you could ever want or need. Fantastic value for your money with a great central, yet quite location in the city center. Amazing!

Nothing, it was literally perfect in every way!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zentrum ApartHotel. The hotel is really all around perfect. The location is great: central, yet away from the noisy roads. The front desk clerks, restaurant waiters and the cleaning staff are excellent. Everyone is so professional, nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and nicely kept. The cafe located on the first floor has a nice patio, where we often enjoyed our breakfast or a nightcap. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chisinau.
