The place was very good value for money , it was cosy, had air con. The breakfast was simple but tasty, the staff were very helpful.

It was a bit challenging to find it. It is located at an intersection of two streets on the fourth floor. It really was not such big of a deal, did not ruin my experience at all!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is on the fourth floor, stairs only. Breakfast is basic.

Very good location from the point of view of public transport. Next to the 7th trolleybus, a little further on Kijeva street, there is a lot of public transport available. La Placinte restaurant is located nearby on Kiev street. A free glass of wine is offered in the evenings. Good and fast internet.

Of the three guys on duty overnight and serving breakfast, only one made it in time. They were mostly sleepy and everything was covered late, they also did not stand out with special hospitality. Breakfast includes only instant coffee, coffee from the machine for a fee. In the shower, it turns on immediately, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature without getting wet.

Good communication from friendly staff, used as an overnight stop travelling from Ukraine to fly from Chisnau Airport. Complimentany glasses of wine. Clean and good price. Overall very happy with the stay.

Room was small, but for the price we paid we aren't going to complain about that. Having to remember to contact them the day before or your reservation may get cancelled was worrying, it leaves you questioning whether they will have a room available for you when you get there, but we did remember to do this and there were no problems. These are very minor issues, we were very happy with the stay.

I finally found a good place in Chisinau! I arrived late at night and the guy at the reception helped me bring my things in and was very friendly and helpful. The receptionists speak excellent English and work flawlessly. You can see that some things need updating, but it's a cosmetic issue. There are some supermarkets and Nord Bus Station as well. I will gladly come back and recommend the Wine Hotel to everyone!

Great location with kind and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and feature a warm floor for added comfort. You can enjoy the complimentary glass of wine and the variety of wines available to taste and purchase. Breakfast was decent. Internet is stable and fast. Overall, a pleasant stay! Variety of wines, you can try some and buy.

Soundproof in not the best, no elevator, but no worries, staff will help you with the luggage.

The room was nice, the hotel is close enough from the center (~4 bus stops or half an hour walk). The beverage offer is more than enough and there's a nice restaurant right across the street. The staff is friendly.

There was a smell coming from the bath, probably old pipes or something like that. Not that disturbing anyway. The breakfast was OK but not great.

The receptionist was nice to help me out with printing the tickets and complimentary wine came in handy. Even though the hotel is small, it's nice they offer breakfast, so you don't need to go anywhere right after awakening to have some snack.

I asked the hotel staff to book me a transfer, but no one was waiting for me outside the airport as they forgot to call a taxi. Not a problem, as I found a driver on the spot even cheaper. The hotel is located at the 4th floor without an elevator. I haven't seen any info of that beforehand, so it was an unpleasant surprise to drag 25kg baggage up the 4th floor at 1 am after connected flights.

Comfortable and spacy. Nice views of the cisty from windows and balconies. Staff friendly and considerate, ready to assist you at all times.

One fishes the room had a little bit more furniture, at least an extra chair. Breakfast a bit too basic to be equally enjoyed every morning.

It's a sweet hotel with all the working facilities, nice city view, within walking distance from the centre. I especially enjoyed the nice bathroom. While we didn't consume anything in the minibar, the prices were acceptable. All and all, a very nice place, great value for money. Travelers with luggage and special needs should be aware about the lack of elevator, but it wasn't an issue in our case. The complimentary glass of wine is very cute!

The only thing I found lacking is breakfast, hence the 9 and not a 10. Please don't offer low quality produce and don't skimp on good coffee for your customers, just make a good breakfast for additional price and make a booking option without breakfast altogether
