An expensive option in the city centre. Considering early morning arrival into the city was at 05:30, most visitors would require an early morning book in after travelling over night. The early morning book in rate was half the full day rate. But it was a comfortable and clean hotel in the centre of the city

With the exception of one receptionist all other staff were very helpful. One receptionist seemed to be helpful in agreeing to book a taxi for the evening and a taxi for the following morning to the airport. But in fact didn’t book either, looked confused when questioned regarding the booking, then replied saying she had forgot. This could have been a massive problem if we just relied on the morning booking. But fortunately with the evening taxi not being booked, obviously concerned we did get the other receptionist to make a booking.

For our last couple nights in ulaanbaatar, we decided to stay at a nicer hotel. While we did enjoy the blue sky hotel, we probably could’ve save some money and had nicer accommodations at one of the newer hotels. We enjoyed our stay, but the room was a little bit old, but we didn’t really mind. The staff are super friendly and were very attentive even though language was a challenge.

Other than the rooms age, the only negative for us was when we tried to use the lounge on the top floor. It was super hot and noisy and there were very few staff to help us. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant outside the hotel. I also found the breakfast a bit disappointing. And the closing time was very strict. I would extend the time in a little bit.

The location was unbeatable, right in front of Sukhbaatar Square. The room was really comfortable and had a big restroom. Amenities like gym and conference room were a really nice addition.

Reception staff was a little strange, neither friendly nor unfriendly. Couldn't turn AC to cold because we were told by reception staff the central heating had just been turned on and made the AC air come out hot. Windows were a little dirty and full of limestone from what I assume was the rain.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a nice mix of local and international cuisine, including sea buckthorn juices. The rooftop restaurant is open for long hours (until 2am), with quality food – had the Caesar salad multiple times.

A bit tricky to adjust the air conditioning in the room and wish it were possible to boost the brightness of the lights in the room a bit more.

Alhough check in is officially at 2pm, the room was ready 2 hours earlier, but the front desk would allow a 12 o'clock check in for an additional charge. I find it petty. Also, breakfast, though generous, could offer more cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables. The rest was fine.

Very big room. I got an up-grade free of costs. Very big executive room. Corner view. Super bed. Breakfast was great.

If, then the service in the roof top bar and the Wall Street (pub inside the building) are very very slow. But beside this - nothing to complain.

Nice location and very clean with helpful staff. Good views over the city and easy to find the place.

The rooms were a bit small considering the price. The building is a bit different and modern considering its surroundings. Perhaps another location for it would have been better.

Location perfect. Center walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast good. Fast service. Will stay again.

It is a bit dated. Could use a bit of an upgrade. Its super clean. Just needs a slight upgrade to 21st century. Not a complaint.

The property is situated in the city center and near everything, very walkable. The staff are very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Especially Shandbayar who helped me so much, thank you so much.

It is a bit older but you can’t beat the location.
