We loved everything about it, literally. Amazing setting, design, staff… Special kudos to Aleksandar, Chief Concierge.

Room service staff is excellent, while the kitchen sent us cold food, steak was too well done and dry, burger was bright bloody red, while both were ordered medium. Roasted tomato soup was excellent every time we ordered in (even though it was also delivered cold on that day).

Resort is beautiful. Furniture and design exceptional!

Staff should be way more professional and knowledgeable for this type of hotel. They were all kind but not on the level of five star hotel. The waitress didnt know the difference between latte and cappuccino. They didnt even ask us how was your stay at the checkout, nothing. just gave us bills to pay and said goodbye. I had a lunch in my room, bolognese were extremely oily, couldn’t eat it. Our bedroom window, next to bathtub was extremely dirty.

although the structure and the entire hotel concept is well conceived and purveyed, it still lacks the general management. Like in the pool, one afternoon, we were given a very short listed menu but the day after we instead received a very long and detailed one. Also the very last morning in the pool loungers there were nice tray with water spray, spf and wet towels, a very nice touch that was missing in the previous days. We really did not appreciate the rush and unfriendliness of the check out service, where everything was dismissed in a blink of an eye, no particular caring sentence or a nice “bye bye” trip sack. We basically waited the chauffeur by our own means without been being eased out.

The property is beautiful and inside a gated community with other properties as well as a marina with various wonderful off site dining options. The lighting and the art in the hotel is amazingly well done. Every space feel luxurious. The rooms are breathtaking and the bathrooms are marvelously spacious. We stayed in a Bayview rooms with large balconies that connected through a hallway to another large bayview room as we were traveling 4 in our family. The Tapasake restaurant was excellent and so was Sabia. The gym and spa are very well equipped

They need to learn to make smoothies. Not sure why they struggled with it (tasted terrible) since they have amazing fruit. Otherwise, it was perfect in every way. The location is not close to Kotor (45 minutes by car) as the location is self contained and a little remote but the views make up for it.

I think the issue with cats around the restaurant should be solved asap. you could not eat freely because of them, and you could see them above the table (when the table was free). For a hotel of this level this cant be acceptable

From the Ring of their entry Bell, to the Last goodbye it was all magical. I highly recommend it and the resort was amazing, when I first booked it I was a bit hesitant but when I reached and saw the Resort it was totally worth it and I would definitely visit the O&O team once again in Montenegro and in other cities.

Honestly where to begin. This hotel is the place of dreams. The drive down through the Bay of Kotor to the property was magestic. You're greeted by complimentary valet and welcome drinks of juice or champagne while you check-in. But it's the little things the staff does that puts it over the top. Hand written notes by the GM welcoming you to the property, housekeeping folding any loose clothing, the welcoming attitudes of staff, it's as if you're being waited on hand and foot. And then you get to the room where it just keeps getting better. Centralized controls for blinds/shades/lighting, heated towel racks, jacuzzi like bathtub, plush beddings, and the patio. Honestly could be the best all-around hotel I've stayed at anywhere

Not too much to be honest. But I think potentially offering activities to guests would be one. Yoga, a schedule of activities curated by staff

The hotel is magnificent, located in a beautiful bay area and a short walk to the Marina. The hotel itself is luxurious throughout with impressive attention to decor in all areas. We found the staff professional and friendly, and the level of service was exemplary throughout our stay. We ate at one of the hotel’s restaurants, Tapasake, and enjoyed a relaxed evening along with delicious food. We also arranged some spa treatments and used their indoor facilities (gym/pool) during our stay and again we're impressed by both these and the excellent levels of service.

The hotel is amazing in terms of location, facilities, luxury set up and restaurants. It is top notch. The beach is beautiful and the room is great.

The service needs to be scaled up significantly in order for this property to live up to the luxury standard it is positioning itself for. The quality of the staff needs to be improved. They require a lot of extra training and to thrive to make guests’ stay a total unforgettable luxury. I had multiple instances whereby there was little courtesy demonstrated by the employees. I did not appreciate how I was treated upon check in. The electricity also went off one day during my stay in the room and the response from the staff was very underwhelming. If this service is scaled up, this would significantly improve the image of the hotel.

The restaurants were great, food and service 10 out of 10, the gym and spa facilities superb. The resorts boat trip to Kotor and Lady of the rock was worth doing, 3 hours is enough. We loved our stay here, highly recommend it.

There was an issue prior to our arrival regarding payment “upfront”, without going into too much detail this shouldn’t have been the case. It was resolved but the management team should have been more professional about it in the first instance.
