I loved my stay in The Chedi! The staff was amazing and so friendly. I enjoyed the facility and the little gifts left at the room like Montenegrin oil, and jam. I wish the hotel had an option to buy these locally made products as they would make great gifts.

The only downside was the food level at the hotel’s restaurants The Spot, I could see the effort in making the dishes but I feel they could improve the flavor compared to other areas of the stay especially given the price point. The Rok’s sushi was lovely and the salmon sashimi was fresh!

Lovely hotel with beautiful, very comfortable rooms and spa area. Good sized gym. Really lovely and extensive breakfast. Fantastic restaurant with great sushi (albeit quite pricey).

They sent some offers for the spa beforehand and then when I tried to book a treatment at the discounted rate they kept refusing it. They then gave my slots away and I only managed to get 1 out of 2 of us a treatment back. It was really frustrating as I don’t understand the point of offering offers to then refuse to honour them. The service I’m general didn’t quite match the 5* hotel vibe. We often had to call over waiters after long waits being ignored. They need to work on this to make it a really great place to stay.

Hotel keeps the quality for the past 3 years. Staff perfect, wifi excellent, room very comfortable with see view (deluxe room), parking very good. The whole complex is very well maintained.

Although it is pre-season period, it was very noisy due to the works for season preparation. That is not nice - guests are in the hotel and want quiet time. In general pool position could be much better. Breakfast could be a bit better but still satisfying and staff meet extra requests which is very nice.

Loved everything, the room was fabulous with an amazing sea and harbour view. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It was my husband's birthday and they left a cake in the room, which was delicious. The service is fantastic and the staff are lovely. We only stayed one night and wished we'd stayed longer.

I have very fair skin and would have liked an umbrella around the pool area. The cabanas were taken and it was hot so I couldn't really sit out without some shade.

The standard room is terrible: the view into the next building with some rumbling from technical facilities, when a 10% upgrade gives you a nice bay view. I wanted to change my room starting from the next day but the front desk stuff was keep telling me that they have no free rooms, while there were plenty available on booking. Only a supervisor managed to check the room availability, and move me next day. Overall impression is that stuff is very friendly but completely incapable of solving any issues.

What a wonderful surprise, Lustica Bay is a purpose built, brand new harbour which involves a holiday housing resort and the lovely Chedi hotel which is immaculate, stylish and 5 star. The rooms are all equipped with a kitchen area and a separate WC as well as bathroom, which makes the stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend the hotel, as a destination in itself, but also close enough to Tivat and Kotor for town life. The views and the surrounding country is absolutely beautiful, you will need a car or a boat to really appreciate Montenegro! Some parts of the Lustica Bay development are still being finished and some shop units along the harbour are yet to be occupied, but it already offers everything wanted and needed for a relaxing and pampered stay. There is no expense being spared in the quality and planning of this resort, it is world class..

There is a fairly small outdoor pool area, and not really enough sun beds for the demand. We stayed in mid June but there were still a number of small children running around and screeching. Avoid school holidays if you want a peaceful time...

As the location of the hotel is not closed to any town, it would be good if hotel had a shuttle running once a day to the nearby towns (Kotor, Budva, Tivat). We had to take a taxi to everywhere we wanted to go! Would be good to provide more entertainments and night events for guests that stay off-season. Evenings and nights were boring!!! At least a Jazz night or such (I don’t know if there is any in summer)

The buffet was beyond amazing. you had a variety of options to choose from. the staff was great and always smiling. Loved the Spa and masseuse. THE VIEW and the private beach had a wowing effect over us. Loved how they provided kitchenette with all utensils needed. There were two bathrooms inside the room. The hotel provides you with a free boat ride to the other two beach bars. Although, I would say it is way better to stay and enjoy the private beach they offer. Much much better :)

It was quite far from downtown. So make sure, you know that you are going there either with a car or you could access other interesting places like Tivat by taking a cab that charges 30 Euros for the one way ride. We went to Porto Montenegro with the same fare.

The hotel is new and decorated with lots of taste. It has a lovely pool and a pebble beach with turquoise water just a few feet away. My room was very spacious looking onto the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen very soft. The bathroom was huge and had all the necessary amenities. I loved the fact that there was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. The breakfasts served were really very tasty and mouth-watering, especially the buttermilk pancakes. The staff is the real gem of this hotel. They are really friendly and always happy to help.
