The whole experience was amazing! The most amazing, beautiful, luxury hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food and on the bay. Perfect! Will revisit.

What’s not to like 😃Everything was great, people who work there is most lovely and kind, always with a big smile’s, hard working. Hotel is the most beautiful at the perfect place with great amenities,spotless clean,just perfect. Sve najlepse mogu da kazem za sve zaposlene u hotelu,zbog njih cemo se sigurno vratiti ponovo,nema dovoljno reci kojima bih sve njih pohvalila,a o samom hotelu bi sve sto bih rekla bilo malo i ne bi ga opisalo u pravom svetlu! Jedan od najboljih hotela u kojima smo bili i jedva cekamo da se vratimo

That’s not “we didn’t like” just small suggestion - you need to offer for breakfast local food like pitas, proja,priganice ,various tape’s of local cheese etc.Montenegro has much more to offer and guests need to now and try all that gorgeous food that we already know and love. I loved my stay in The Chedi! The staff was amazing and so friendly. I enjoyed the facility and the little gifts left at the room like Montenegrin oil, and jam. I wish the hotel had an option to buy these locally made products as they would make great gifts.

The only downside was the food level at the hotel’s restaurants The Spot, I could see the effort in making the dishes but I feel they could improve the flavor compared to other areas of the stay especially given the price point. The Rok’s sushi was lovely and the salmon sashimi was fresh!

It was beautiful. Located in a currently small resort with several restaurants and little shops - there are big plans to build a small town here. The works are surprisingly unobtrusive though.

Our room offered breathtaking views and was impeccably designed, blending comfort and style seamlessly. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the stunning architecture to the beautifully landscaped grounds. Dining at The Chedi was a highlight of our stay. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing both local and international flavors. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, ensuring a perfect start to each day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was great, and the off-season timing meant it wasn’t crowded, which made our experience even more relaxing. Although we arrived about two hours before check-in time, our room was ready in just 15 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. You could either order from the menu or enjoy the buffet, catering to every preference. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained beach, a relaxing spa, and an excellent massage service. The gym also offers both group and individual workout programs, providing options for all fitness levels. They also offer a variety of activities that we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to experience. Overall, it's an ideal place for a relaxing getaway with attentive service and great facilities.

Initially, we were given the wrong room, likely due to a misunderstanding, but as soon as we brought it to the reception's attention, they quickly corrected the mistake.

Lovely hotel with beautiful, very comfortable rooms and spa area. Good sized gym. Really lovely and extensive breakfast. Fantastic restaurant with great sushi (albeit quite pricey).

They sent some offers for the spa beforehand and then when I tried to book a treatment at the discounted rate they kept refusing it. They then gave my slots away and I only managed to get 1 out of 2 of us a treatment back. It was really frustrating as I don’t understand the point of offering offers to then refuse to honour them. The service I’m general didn’t quite match the 5* hotel vibe. We often had to call over waiters after long waits being ignored. They need to work on this to make it a really great place to stay.

The hotel staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were very professional, who actually look after you and they try to meet your every need which is great, their service is very good which is what makes your stay more memorable.

No Jacuzzi and the fact they allow dogs in the property and the private beach, where it should only be for hotel guests only. They should also have more halal options for international guests.

Hotel keeps the quality for the past 3 years. Staff perfect, wifi excellent, room very comfortable with see view (deluxe room), parking very good. The whole complex is very well maintained.

Although it is pre-season period, it was very noisy due to the works for season preparation. That is not nice - guests are in the hotel and want quiet time. In general pool position could be much better. Breakfast could be a bit better but still satisfying and staff meet extra requests which is very nice.
