The central location in Casablanca n3ar Maarif and Derb ghallef. The cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. The interior design really elegant.

They did not give me towels for 2 days as they had a problem with their laundry. They need to be more organised and reactive with their service.

Quite closer to Maarif, many shops and some restaurants. Huge sitting room and toilet, toilet clothes hanger, working/dinner table and kitchenette was fantastic. Staff are helpful, good security and supportive. Thank you Abdulrazak, Ahmad and Nabil.. I recommend for family or soler travelers.

However the shower glass water protector/water shield may need extension due to water sprays can easily wet the other areas of bathroom. Water kettle does not turn off and there is no security storage box, neither luggage room if you happen to check in earlier and leave your bags prior checking in.

From all the hotels here in Casa, this is the one you want to be in. Good prices fot premium service. Host and staff are professionals. Friendly staff and they think with you. The room was lovely and I will be here next year again, in shaa Allah. I actually have nothing bad to say about this place, wich is rare for me. Thanks for everything!

Great rooms and very comfy sofas! Nice and spacious and really great to have a TV in the front room and bedroom.

Some of the lights did not work in the room so a bit dull but did not impact on our stay too much.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. House keeping staff are doing a great job there! Pictures of the rooms are not deceiving at all. However, the restaurant pictures are. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT ON SITE. That was very disappointing to show pictures of a restaurant when there is no restaurant on site 😒 On the bright side, receptionists were very kind, respectful and friendly! Make sure you ask for Oussama, he's one of the evening/night staff. He's the best receptionist there! He's extraordinarily helpful! One night we were starving and didn't know there was an 8pm curfew (since we're traveling from America) and all the shops/restaurants were closed. Oussama hooked us up with an amazing restaurant to order from, and they delivered it to the hotel, and Oussama sent someone to bring it up for us to our room! This became our favorite spot. He's just amazing! When you need any assistance while there, just ask for Oussama! He will make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible, especially being a tourist! He also speaks English (for all my English speakers out there :)) If he's not there, ask for Omar, he's great too!

I didn't like how there isn't a restaurant on site although the website states that there is. That was very deceiving! There shouldn't have been pictures of a restaurant posted if there isn't one. I also didn't like how there was no dish soap provided yet we had glassware and plates. Also the metal detector at the entrance was very annoying as it beeped every time you walk through it. That needs to get fixed! I suggest to also have a vending machine or something where people could purchase water or snacks.

Stayed here before. I like the space in this hotel. But no view this time. Last time I had a great view of the heroic work taking place at rhe adjacent bus depot. Very nice and helpful staff. Not perfect but definitely recommended...

the location of the hotel, the comfort, the staff particularly the security man ( Simohammed) who is very attentive and helpful.

The room nice, modern and spacious with moroccain style accessories. Makes room looks lovely. Air conditioning great.

Only one small lift mostly occupied by cleaning staff. Rooms not very clean. Wi-fi supposed to be excellent which was not true. Open small shower makes bathroom flooded.

All very good As per previous reviews, room was short on bits, towel's, kitchenware etc, but sorted out by staff straight away, very good service. Very good sized room Good location Breakfast down the road, 5 minute walk at Rozloft, highly recommended Parking on site a big plus
