The location was fantastic, right next to the tram line which was convenient. The room was clean and large with great views from the room and the bathroom.

My only complaint would be from when we had dinner in the hotel next to the pool. There was a man who seemed to be some sort of management who stood and barked orders at all the staff micromanaging everyone. At one point he was arguing with a server. The staff were attentive and friendly and did their jobs well. This man had no place being there with his negativity. He didn't help anyone just stood around bringing the mood down and making everyone uncomfortable. He needed to go back to his office and let the great staff do their jobs.

The Staff in all facilities were so welcoming and amazing. Reception: ABIR checked me in and out and she was so helpful and understanding. even when I was all over the place, she helped me to get things done. She's really a good face of the hotel. The men on the gate: So helpful and guided me whenever I had a question or request. Housekeeping: Extremely nice and responsive. big shout to them Breakfast Team: They really a good people to start your day with.

Gym wasn't that good. Breakfast can have more options.

The hotel is located in central area, the staff are kind and supportive. I would highly appreciate the lady at the front disk (Abir) for her great support and hospitality.

The hotel is located at a busy central area nearby the metro station. It takes time to access the hotel from the surroundings due to the traffic specially at peak hours. The view is very normal nothing interesting. The breakfast doesn’t offer variety of options.

Pool on top floor very welcome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Decent size room and bathroom.

Chocolate hour didn’t happen. Disappointing. Lack of English breakfast teabags in room, and general challenge of getting a decent black tea (very insular of me, I know!). Reception staff made a call when I mentioned Chocolate Hour, and staff member arrived with plateful. Thank you.

Breakfast was very well organised, a large selection of Moroccan and international specialities. Staff were very helpful and going above and beyond to cater to my needs. Fati at the front desk did a great job checking me smoothly and efficiently after a long flight which was much appreciated. The team at the 16th floor rooftop were great and very nice views of Casablanca.

It is located in a very busy roundabout and can get a bit noisy.

The hotel is very nice most staff is amazing and kind. The pool and lounge area are beautiful.

The door person and the man that help at the door tried to shame me for using a car service app similar to Lyft. The taxis kept ripping me off and I downloaded the app inDrive. Instead of helping my driver to pick me up they made me get a taxi. It was very disappointing.

Big room. Huge comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast lots of choice good vegetarian options. Nice pool and lobby area.

Shower screen wasn't big enough meaning bathroom floor was soaked whenever we took a shower. Room was a little tired could do with updating.

the roof top pool was really nice, with a great view over the city. the room was clean and comfy as well.

Breakfast wasn't awful but more frustrating with sometimes the hot food not looking very appetizing.

The space of the room. A real good bed. Quiet room. Very kind staff. All of them. A good restaurant on the roof top.

The swimming pool is not what I expected. The restaurant is around the swimming pool. So to swim and relax around the swimming pool is not really what you will do.

The included breakfast was a good match for US/European tastes and quite complete, including eggs to order.

Minor quibble: Because the beds are softer at the edges than in the middle, there's a chance you could roll right off, as I did. Ouch.
