The staff and the location were exceptional. The property was easy to locate and beautifully designed/decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful in organizing my late check-in.

Perhaps more breakfast options—it was pricey and not the best.

Smoking on rooftops was horrible. English was the only channel out of all the channels that did not work in either of our rooms.

The staff, especially Marwan the receptionist who was on duty several times whilst we were there, was awesome. He was professional, friendly and went beyond his role to be of assistance to us whenever we had questions about the hotel or about Casablanca. He truly is an exceptional staff member. The pillows were so very comfortable - some of the best ever!! Love how dark the rooms are too for sleeping in.

The virtual butler is annoying to use for basic information - maybe just have a printed sheet in the room - it would save a LOT of time and effort for time poor travellers. It would be helpful if the menus also had an English translation for non-French speaking travellers.

The location was good- we walked to all the tourist sights. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and room service was delicious.

Need more hooks to hang towels in bathroom. A small table and chairs too, would be helpful. We booked this hotel as it had a restaurant and we would be there during Ramadan and also my husband birthday. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was not open, only room service. We should have been advised prior to arrival the restaurant would be closed. Also the rooftop terrace looked really good, but it was also closed. We were disappointed about the lack of communication

Having arrived at the airport (half an hour drive away) in the early hours of the morning, and then having a taxi driver who would be rated as one of the two worst taxi drivers ever encountered over many years of travel which left us arriving at the hotel an hour and a half later, the staff were, very refreshingly, very welcoming. Check in was processed very quickly and efficiently to allow us to at least have a little sleep before embarking out later that day. Having as tour arranged for the next two days, the receptionist was exceptional in ensuring that the tour operators were advised of our arrival and confirming of pick-up details. Absolutely wonderful assistance. Room provided was very large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single one. The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there was no issues with storage. En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead. Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet. English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs. It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

Everything about the hotel itself was very comfortable. Also the woman at the front desk this morning was extremely helpful with providing us with directions and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. We really appreciated her help!

The staff at the rooftop restaurant were pretty rude and didn’t provide good service at all. If we stay here again we would avoid this restaurant and go to the one on the ground floor instead.

Location, facilities within the hotel such as both restaurants excellent, breakfast fresh and delicious, rooftop bar classy and very comfortable with lovely music at all times day and evening. Our room was large and very comfortable. A big plus are the staff, so friendly, helpful, they go the extra to make the stay perfect, can’t thank them enough for how they treated us. The location for us was perfect, lots of bars cafes restaurants within minutes walking distance. Although it is on a main road, with lots of traffic, this makes it way to get taxis day or night, the double glazing keeps the noise out at night.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The location and facilities were very convenient. I went to the spa and found the prices and experience great - the bonus was that you didn't have to book ahead. The rooftop restaurant was relaxing, and the food was good.

The only challenge I found was the front desk staff was plentiful but didn't seem eager to help or communicate with each other regarding suggestions/offers to help they had made. I had called down about getting help with a taxi to the airport and the cost, and the next day, I was not offered help and was given a different price. It all worked out, but I would say give yourself extra time to sort out arrangements if it's with different staff members.

We stayed in the junior suite on the third floor. Very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. Had a coffee machine. Breakfast was really good…liked the ‘eggs station’. Hotel Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were two guys and I booked a double bed…no questions asked but we were offered a change of room to a twin when we arrived.

No view from the balcony and the door to it didn’t shut properly so could hear the noise from outside but it wasn’t a busy street luckily. Not overlooked but only because offices opposite were empty. Rooftop bar had loud music in the evenings and the staff there weren’t particularly pleasant.

Great location. Newer hotel. Parking is available. Good breakfast.

Based on other reviews ,Asked for a quiet room but been placed on the last floor under night club w/ loud techno music that was heard in the room until 1am. Make sure to stay away from the 5th floor on the weekends unless u like to feel like a night club is in your room.
