The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. I really aporecite that she could speak English because that is not very common in Maroco. The breakfast was amazing included - coffee, local tea, orange juice, egg omelette and different types of bread with almond butter, jam and more.

The room wasn’t well isolated and I could ocassionally hear engines from the street and other guests walking around the hotel and closing / opening doors. Luckily I was very tired and slept really well so this didn’t really bother me and nothing woke me up :) I also did appreciate the parking in front of the hotel.

I don't have words to express how much gratitude I have for the experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. I would like to mention specifically Safae and Khadija. Together, their attention to detail, level of service, kindness, generousity, and hospitality shown were over and beyond that I've experienced anywhere else. My two teens and I truly felt like we were with family. We were greeted warmly on arrival and allowed to check in early. We were also offered the opportunity to change our room if there was anything we didn't like. The room we opted for was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge. I'm delighted that it got cleaned and changed daily on request. The hotel was excellent value for what I paid with a good breakfast included. I also had dinner there at times and was delighted by the Moroccan cuisine. Amenities were what you'd expect, basic and functional. We felt very safe there and slept well. What it lacked in luxury was made up for by amazing hospitality. Safae has a wealth of knowledge and was brilliant at making suggestions about places to visit locally. We loved the location, away from the bustle of the beach and busy Medina. Having a large Carrefour grocery, theme park, and local restaurants nearby was a bonus. However, taxis to the places of interest were plentiful and cheap. We were fortunate to have warm sunshine and clear blue skies. I particularly enjoyed sitting in a cafe area in the hotel on warm mornings, socialising with staff, and learning so much about the culture and people of Essaouira. I will definitely be a returning guest soon.

It would have been a bonus to have facilities to make hot drinks in the room. I do appreciate that this is a very British/European custom, so it wasn't a huge deal. I got hot drinks from the cafe downstairs.

It was seriously the best decision ever! The vibes were so chill, and the staff took such good care of us. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the spa massage was pure bliss. Shoutout to the amazing lady in the restaurant who always had a smile on her face while serving us with so much love. And let me tell you, the dinner meals were out of this world! My son couldn't get enough of their yummy pizza. I also want to give a huge thank you to the super helpful girl at the reception who went above and beyond to give us tips about the city and the local culture. And guess what? They even have free parking! Plus, the hotel is in a prime location. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Essaouira

The WiFi was a bit slow sometimes

Very good hotel for good price. Rooms are clean. Cosmetics and hairdryer in bathroom are available. Breakfast is very tasty and big (it's hard to eat all). Hotel is in good localisation - 15 minutes walking to main beach, in the evening is quiet. Best part of this place are girls working at the reception - very polite, still smiling and trying to help you every time. They told us a lot about the culture of Morocco and gave us a lot of tips. Greetings to them. I hope to come back there.

This is a nice solid hotel, which was clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was really nice, and G-d bless the lovely woman at the kitchen, who makes a fantastic cafe au lait with a huge smile, and even after each of us having three delicious cups, she insisted on making us more, which we had to decline. We loved that there's a Carrefour about a three minute walk from the hotel.

The location is a bit far from the city and the beach. If you're not cheap like us, you can probably find a cheap taxi (there were a few parked in front of Carrefour). If you are cheap like us, it's a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach, and 30-40 minutes to the old city.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Khadija and Safaa. The breakfast was copious. Free car parking opposite the hotel - was quite full in December so may be overfull in high season. Hot water for the shower, which was welcome after some other places I've stayed. Water pressure on the third floor not the best but ok. WiFi on the third floor a bit patchy. Quiet location away from the centre but easy walking distance to the beach and Medina. I had some washing, which was done the same day at no charge.

The triple room was a very good size room. The staff were amazing. Khadija, Safae, majid, Ayoub were very helpful and the lovely lady at the front desk who printed my boarding passes was a superstar. She always smiled, showed excellent customer service and was eager to please. She has only been there for a month (did not get her name) . Khadija was bubbly and very attentive during breakfast. Thank you for a pleasant stay. The manager washed our clothing in for a special price.

Smoking in the restaurant can go upstairs at times in the corridor .

The staff are amazing 🤩 always helpful, kind, considerate and attentive. Wonderful food, had the daily special, so much delicious food for a great price, the pizza was fantastic too and the breakfast included, so yummy. The masseuse, just extraordinary, I felt like a different woman, Zineb is the best! Thanks to everyone but especially Chaimae, you made my stay so lovely .. Highly recommend, great location, catch a blue taxi and for € .80, your in easy distance to the Medina, beach, whatever your heart desires.

Nothing to report, if you need something missing the staff is very responsive and do the best to serve you.

The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view of the city. Staff very responsive, plenty of parking by the hotel. The little restaurant is very good. The people there make every effort to accommodate your orders. The food is very good. We choose to eat there every evening. Breakfasts are enormous and excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms need to be checked for minor things before letting in the guests. We called in on water drainage in the bathroom, dysfunctional room phone, problems with entry door locks. The staff responded very quickly to rectify the problems.
