After staying in different Riads for more than a week, we appreciated the traditional european comfort of the hotel. No, not 5*, but everything is in place and available. Probably in the warmer season, we could enjoy the yard, pool and spa and add some points. The location is very good, with big parking lot and a short walk to Medina. We didn't take breakfast, so there are no comments.

The interior is a bit worn-out, but it doesn't disturb you stay, really.

First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very additive to gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular on the pool. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. I extended my stay in the hotel to extra 4 nights due to their Quality of services. Bravo 👏 Talal Alhawsawi

Everything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.

Facilities are getting a little bit tired, but this is still a very good 5* hotel.

The staff was always available to answer our questions and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. In conclusion, Palais Medina and Spa is recommended for travellers looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Fez. The beautiful terrace, modern rooms, proximity to shopping malls and great service from the staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting Fez.

The pool was very nice. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was very good and had a big shower and bathtub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It did lack the quality of a 5* hotel to be honest. Service was very VERY slow, specially in the pool area (expect to wait 1h for food and 20 minutes for drinks). It didn't ruin the experience but don't hold it at the same standards as an usual 5*. Not necessarily something bad, but the hotel is somewhat far from the medina if you want to walk (40 minutes), but it's just a 5 minute drive by taxi

The staff is really helpfull and welcoming. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very well located near the main attractions.

I'm mentioning this only because it's a five stars hotel. There's no black out on the windows, so i woke up when the sun came out and it wasn't muy idea of resting. The water for the bath was hot but it could be much hotter, at least, i would have appreciated it was hotter. The hair dryer was almost useless. The bathtube was way to high to get in. I had no problem with it because i'm 45 years old, but my father, who is 84 or another senior citizen, i'm sure couldn't have done it, or at least, would have found it difficult or very uncomfortable, almost dangerous. It was a really bad designing idea. I add a photo of it. The hotel is way to expensive for having all these failures.

We had the luck and honour to stay in the sublime hotel. The setting is incredibly authentic, the staff is superfriendly, they really make you feel at home together with providing an excellent service. The location is superb at the entrance of the medina, with impressive views over the city. On all criteria this hotel is excellent and that s the first time I give a global 10 on 10! Bravo to the whole team working there and the family behind.
