The hotel is located in an easily accessible location. I checked in early, so the reception stuff gave me a room ready in case i didn't want to wait, it was spacious, very clean, had evrything you needed, air conditioning, hairdryer,soap, a lot of hot water and a refrigerator. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the terrace was nice and spacious. There is also a cafeteria manned by cheerful workers during the night.

The pillows were clean but not comfortable at all, i only stayed one night so it was not necesssary for me to ask for another, but they are always up to help you.

The room was very large,clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.The location was perfect-in the heart of Gueliz and close to cafés and restaurants.The staff were very friendly and helpful-I want to mention Yassine,Hamza and Hasna at reception,Tariq and Abdul at breakfast and Adil and Haytam in the dining room.A big THANK YOU to the lady at the egg station each morning at breakfast whose name I didn't get.....This is an excellent hotel-great value,friendly,clean and welcoming....I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Marrakech... Top marks....10 out of 10.

I LOVED EVERYTHING

I have to say it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in . From the professional check in ( Hasan a)and just the over all service from all the staff at the hotel. The pool area is amazing and we relaxed here in the afternoon and also had beers in the evening . The hotel prices are the best I have seen . It’s 4 euro for a pint of beer and 6 euro for a wood fire pizza . All the food is high quality and the table service from the staff was outstanding . I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Marrakesh . ( note to management ) your staff and highly skilled and the most friendly staff and I have ever encountered . Well done 👍🏻

Everything outstanding

It was a comfortable hotel, with great service at the reception. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated, clean but rather dated and too well maintained. Overall a good value for money but not a 4* hotel by European standards. The location is well established in the new part of the city, with shops, bars, restaurants and taxis right outside the hotel.

The fact that it was rather dated and the photos of the lobby and the area are over estimated. Also the fact that smoking is allowed indoors in the bar and restaurants but I suppose this is a Moroccan issue. Thankfully the weather is rather nice all year round so one can easily sit outdoors.

The prices of the food for room service was very reasonable, even cheaper than some options you get outside with both Western and traditional Moroccan cuisine and the food was good! Loved the outdoor swimming pool area that was colourful and nice to relax. Although the area is not the biggest so it can get quite crowded. We were able to print out our boarding pass at the reception for 10 dirhams, which is so good when you're flying budget airlines. There are 2 cash machines within walking distance which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable so overall, pleased with the stay!

Would've liked a bit more variation for breakfast. Lifts took a while. Location was about a 10 - 15 mins drive from the Medina which can be a good (quiet and away from the chaos of the city) or a bad thing (not walking distance).

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good range, live the omelets and crepe options! The staff are friendly It's in the main city, not in the Medina or old town streets. There's a mall near by If one was interested and a small shop across the road for snacks and water.

The shower head. You had to hold it as the fitting was so high it shot across the other side of the bath tub. I tried using it and it fell and hit me in the head twice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly The room had a balcony overlooking the main street, good location. About 15 minutes walk to the medina Good and prompt room service if needed, prices for meals not excessive. What you would expect for a 4-star hotel but not too expensive Serves alcohol and has a Spanish bar next door En suite was clean and spacious Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and definitely stay here again 🙂 We were there the night Morocco won against Portugal, good spirits all round!! Busy in the bar and eating area

1st room was twin, not double, 2nd room had no balcony. 3rd room no shower wall fixing but OK to sit in the bath and use it! We were too tired to change room a 4th time, but the staff were all very helpful and friendly Nothing is billed to your room. We had to pay at the time of purchase (good in one way, but if you order room service with a card, you have to go to reception to pay) BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU STORE THE ROOM KEY CARD! We had to go to reception several times as something wiped it... maybe phone or another card in the wallet... There is a refundable deposit upon check in, cash only None of this spoilt our stay

Staff are very nice and polite Rooms are clean and room service is punctual and very accomodating. Their breakfast is basic but very good for the price. Location is good not too far from the square market/qutouba mosque. Our family had an enjoyable stay

Pool times are very limited (until 7 pm only) and the pool water cleaning was not frequent. Although the breakfast menu is good. Dinner menu needs improvement. Having said that we only had dinner once on our check in and dined out the other days so dont want to be too critical. There was no AC in the lobby throughout our stay.

Kind and service minded staff, location, lobby, smooth check in and check out, breakfast and dinner, good value for money.

Bathtoob feels a bit outdated, shower hose, no complimentary water bottle nor coffee and tea kettle in room which should be standard for a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful room, 100% clean, very calm (soundproofed Windows). The Staff was very friendly. Awesome breakfast buffet. Very good value!

Pool closed early in the afternoon/evening (which I didn't see in the booking page, maybe I didn't look carefully enough). Not enough tables for breakfast (there was space in the bar, however it wasn't indicated if I'm allowed to eat there)
