Wonderful property at a great location. Great poolhouse restaurant, Zenab was absolutely fabulous, went out of the way to make the guests feel very welcome and comfortable. Food & cocktails were superb. Ibtissim at the reception was amazing. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious, opera-facing. Very noisy due to traffic but it didn't bother us much (double balcony door did mitigate the noise). We booked the day trip to Agafay desert through the hotel and the experience was good.

Very minor point and note to other guests - please check your minibar when you check-in to your room. Ours was empty when we checked-in, and we didn't notice nor bother. But during check-out, the reception staff made a bill for the minibar, & we told him it was empty & we obv didn't use anything, he asked us a couple of times to make sure we were recalling correctly, making it a bit awkward.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Plaza and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and added to my overall experience. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! From the cleaners to the hotel reception staff from Jawad, Ibrahim, Sara, Siham and Ibtissam.

The hotel is very big, very conveniently located right next to the train station, in a very safe and nice modern area of Marrakech. The reception area is wonderful, elegant, you have several lounge areas. The personeel is very helpful and kind. We booked an executive suite and the room was wonderful, huge. We had a living room with a tv, two bathrooms, balcony, dressing area with safe and mini bar and bedroom with another tv. A lot of facilities in the room, very big and comfortable king size bed. We had a lovely view to the pool area. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and we considered it a very good value for money. The lamb tagine was delicious. Breakfast was european style with also live cooking (omelette, pancakes, traditional cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice). All was very good. We would choose this again, it was perfect for us.

It is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms with very comfy beds. A very clean hotel that gives you both a feel of the local traditional culture with the western touch. Location is perfect if you don't want to stay in the old town, opposite the train station. All the staff go above and beyond, l couldn't fault them. A big thank you to all the staff, especially Radoune and the breakfast team, who ensured all went well. Mustapha and the Doormen, always smiling and helping with directions - thank you. From check-in to checkout, it was a very good overall experience. I will definitely stay again.

Daily bottle water should be provided every day, not just on the day of arrival. The spa was closed for a week for refurbishment, whilst l was there, which should have been stated on the booking website. Which was one of the reasons l stayed here.

I loved the attention and friendliness of the stand, the location is in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants around it, the area is very staff , I walked around at night without any problems. Although it's about an 8-minute drive or 40-minute walk from the center, my girlfriend and I walked several times to explore the city and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was hassle-free and very complete, the pool was great for Marrakech. I really liked that they prepared a breakfast box for us because we had to leave very early for our flight.

Awesome location, staff working there is very friendly and helpful. Head chef Abrahim went out of the way to help us as both me and my son had severe food poisoning from eating food at Sti Fatima (never eat food from outside there) also front office staff brahim was very kind in helping us find a midnight doctor. Will surely recommend this hotel always. Their pool side is awesome. Very close to old Marrekesh (medina).

Pricing could’ve been slightly lower.

The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Lovely balcony and the room has smart TV. The beds were comfortable and separate storage space for luggage was very convenient Breakfast had great selections. The location was great as well as it was close to many tourist attractions. The pool was clean and the room service was great.

Although the rooms had air conditions they were set to heating as it was February. However, the temperature outside was almost 27 to 30 degrees. This made the nights very warm and we had to switch off the system and keep the balcony doors open throughout the night. I think it is common sense for the management to adjust the temperature according to the outside temperature rather than sticking to their silly rules. Other than this, this hotel is amazing and is good value for money.

The location was very good - 30min walk to the madina- train station was across the road. McDonald's, kfc, burger King, zushi and many food outlets on the door step. A beautiful hotel, but the carpets were dirty, and stained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and spacious with balcony. Breakfast had plenty of variety from fruit, hot and cold breakfast, cereals, pancakes, omelette etc and freshly squeezed juice. I really enjoyed my stay

Carpets were very dirty with visible stains. There was no kettle in the room. No iron - when asked for an iron I was told to pay for laundry service which was very expensive, so ended up buying my own iron. We stayed for 8 nights and cleaning service was missed twice and bedding was not changed at all throughout our stay - i had to ask for towels twice. Breakfast was told to start at 6.30 but staff were not ready till 7am. Staff were stood there eating at the same time as they were serving staff, which i found very unprofessional- staff should take breaks away from the counters. Overall hotel is nice and so is staff, but a few things can make it even better.

The staff. The kitchen staff members charaf , hala, ibteshamm, radwan all very humble and extremely polite members. The reception staff lamia,Sarah and hasnaa and moncif, were very good and extremely cooperative. The cleaners were also found to be very honest as expected.

Hmm the management and policies.. They kept the deposit of 250 euros, which was novel.none of their counterparts do this in marrakech. Drinking water in the room(except on arrival day) was not available unless room minibar is used. That was to me very greedy..it appears to me that the policies want the guests to drink water from the mini bar and expect them to pay 25 DHM for a bottle that cost 3DHM. In my opinion that it is afloat due to excellent staff and superb location.

It was spacious for group bookings - especially as we were travelling as a group of three girls.

The toilets could’ve better accommodated Muslims - the bidet was difficult to use and was so far from where the toilet was situated. Also, the rule about not bringing in any food or drink, it’s not fair for those who either can’t drink the local water or are only paying for bed and breakfast - and for those who may be staying longer and frequently need to hydrate, it’s not fair that people can’t bring in packs of bottled water. The breakfast variety wasn’t also that great, there needs to be more of a selection of fruit at breakfast.
