My stay was absolutely amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were all so incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. Food was so good and the environment was so picturesque and the view was stunning. I will definitely be back.

Nice hotel near the heart of Marrakesh. Very big pool, ksars close to the pool are very comfortable, well planned and furnished. Nice garden.i

Service is quite slow and sometimes not working until you ask for a second time. This is what makes the hotel a bit overpriced. At this price level the service shall be seamless.

I love that it’s a traditional Moroccan hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful, they were always eager to help. The architecture was simply breathtaking, very beautiful views from the room also. Very central location too. All round fantastic experience and worth every penny.

Big pool , maybe biggest in Marrakech. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. beautiful garden, breakfast was good , big choices

I will prove better cleaning in the area of dining and pool mattresses on sun beds were dirty. We had to call many times to room service and concierge asking to make a bed for my son. that was quite disappointing

Fantastic pool, one of the biggest we've seen. Main lobby is awesome. Shot many pictures, really fantastic. Very nice breakfast (great service; we were even asked if we had slept well, ha ha)

We spend 500 bucks a night on the villa. Not worth it. Quality wise good but the vibe was below expectations. Didn't feel like going back to the villa most of the time. Straight access (from the villa's small garden) to the pool didn't really appeal that much to us One bedroom upstairs (where our kids slept) just didn't feel right. Living room not inviting Too dark If we'd go to this hotel again we'd take a family room and spend the extra cash on food

The palace resort is in an excellent neighborhood close to the center of Marrakesh. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were polite in general. There are 4 restaurants, one serving only adults. The exterior is beautiful and there is a heated swimming pool. The breakfast is very nice

The menu in room service is quite limited and the food average or even below. The staff serving food sometimes you get the feeling they don’t quite like what they do but I guess it’s because we were there during ramadan. The food prices are extremely high for the food served.

Professional staff. Decor and ambience five star - service is exceptional. An underrated hotel. Old fashion values of service in every aspect of the hotel.. Frequent Housekeeping. Concierge was superb and professional when we had a problem that had happened out of the hotel. Hardly does one come across this calibre of professionlism and care. To top it an excellent spaa. From doorman to pool staff to waiters superb and with humility.

Fabulous pool and garden area, great choice for breakfast. Good Gym, the spa area was very nice. We ate at the Italian restaurant and in the international restaurant which is over in the casino and both were lovely, good choices of food and wine. Staff were very nice and helpful

Everything! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel and helpful, kind staff. Not to mention beautiful food! Will definitely go again ‘im shalla’

I wouldn’t choose half board again. Smaller choice and no option to pay extra for a La carte.
