lovely little hotel in a good residential area nice spacious room comfortable bed nice breakfast brought up to your room very helpful and friendly gentleman on the reception desk.

one reason we booked this hotel was of the hamman and sauna as advertised it had in booking.com. on the important information section it said closed certain time but that was in 2021. The lady in reception said that services closed during covid period. but it obviously has not re opened so this was disappointing these facilities should be removed from the facilities section as false information

from the minute we walked in it was lovely the man at reception was so nice, very easy check in, then to the apartment it was very big much bigger than expected, double bedroom, twin bedroom, big lounge kitchen open area and bathroom and separate toilet. the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave and an oven pots pans plates cups glasses even a tea set lots of cutlery and utensils. it was very clean and the cleaner was in ever day of our 4 day stay. very good location too walking distance from jamma el fna square and train station is only 10 mins walking

there is no restaurant onsite you can order food to be brought into you.

Breakfast and the room are too good. Location is kind of okay, not too central and not too far. Staffs are excellent both in the reception and breakfast area. If we prefer, they do serve breakfast in the room too. Will love to stay here next time as well.

Not much, they do have a swimming pool. if they could able to set up and control water temperature on that pool, it will be an excellent work and for sure will attract more customers because when we went there the water in the pool is extremely cold and couldn't able to spend more than 15 mins in the pool.

The staff at the Amina Resort were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They literally couldn't do enough for you. Layla on reception went above and beyond for us. She arranged breakfast for us everyday, which we had on the terrace when it was sunny and also in our room. She also organised our breakfast for 6am on the morning we left. She also searched out shops where my husband could purchase some beer for our stay (it was Ramadan so this was quite tricky). The lady who bought our breakfast and cleaned our room was also lovely and helpful. Always smiling. The breakfast was plentiful and thoroughly enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the mint tea. Our apartment was cleaned every day, they even picked up and folded my lazy boys PJ's and discarded socks and clothes and arranged my youngest son's teddies on his bed each day. The place had a rustic charm and was ideally located for the new part of Marrakech. But only a 20 min walk or 5/10 min taxi ride from the old town.

That we didn't get to stay longer.

Great apartment/hotel space with lots of character. Close walk to Menara Mall and within 10 minute drive from the busier centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall would recommend the stay here. So you're aware, it isn't a buffet breakfast although there is plenty of choice that they deliver to you.

Would expect the swimming pool to be slightly bigger but not a major downer. Lift is quite small and could do with an upgrade.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the conference venue. My mother was pleased with the size of the room, the amenities, the comfort and her room had a balcony. The staff was warm and welcoming! I was anxious of my Mom travelling alone and their quick responses assured me she was well taken cared of. Shoutout most especially to Lea, the French in the reception. She was extra kind and understanding.

The hotel should source out different drivers. We have already agreed with the price for airport pick up and transport services during my stay but one driver named Sharif (stay away from him) demanded a higher price from my Mom! He is pretty aggressive and rude. Next time, best if payments are made directly to the hotel rather than allowing your guests be ripped off by these drivers. But good that when my Mom raised this to the hotel, she was assigned to another driver.

The hotel's location is perfect. It is in a quiet street and close to many places. We walked to Jemaa el-Fnaa regularly (20 min) and the area is very safe. There is a big shopping centre and many restaurants only a few minutes walk which was very convenient. The breakfast is unbelievable (so copious!) and you can have it delivered into your room (free of charge) or have it on the nice roof terrace. The staff, is extremely friendly and caring, always happy to help, provide advice, never intrusive. The swimming pool area is a great bonus. Definitely recommended.

Our room was compact, but had everything we needed with a spacious balcony. We enjoyed the location. Nice to walk in the local area and easy to walk or get a taxi to the sights. The Carrefour supermarket was close by in the Menara Mall as well as good restaurants. We used the airport shuttle service. We found it a little expensive, but very good service in a nice vehicle.

In a lovely part of the city, walkable to medina the apart hotel is a nice clean modern apartment with great views from the roof terrace. To the Atlas Mountains and across the leafy flowery gardens of the Hivernage. IIt was very quiet during our stay, the last night of our holiday, and perfect for a swim in the pool, a last trip to the medina and the sights and sounds, a calleche home and a really easy drive to the airport in the morning. Perfect for what we wanted and we could have happily stayed longer.

Lovely decorated apartment-hotel located in a very quiet street on a longer walk from the Medina and a less longer walk from the railway station. Also nearby is a big shopping mall with Western orientated restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket, if you don't wish to try out the Moroccan kitchen. We booked a 4-person apartment that was very big with two big bathrooms and a kitchen. We didn't cook, but used the kitchen for breakfast on a couple occasions and to make some coffee and tea and all things you might need for that were present. The bins were emptied each day by cleaning staff. Great beds and some nice details from the cleaning staff each morning, after doing the apartment. The dwelling also has a swimming pool and towels were provided by the friendly staff.

Not much to complain in all honesty, we couldn't get the safe to work but we didn't bother to ask the staff either.
