Gem of a place! The location of this property was great. Walking distance to many sites. Safe neighborhood. The staff was amazing, especially Ibrahim who catered to our every need. The rooms and clean, large and updated, especially the air-conditioner. Great rooftoop with views and the breakfast. The onsite hammam is a must try. Loved this property, and will repeat my stay here when i visit again.

Ismael was amazing - helpful, sweet, informative and clearly has spike for hospitality. However the rest of the staff was great was well. Room was nothing specetular but it was clean and everything as expected from the booking. We have booked airport transfer to and from, which was especially useful at arrival as we arrived late and only girls. The Riad is not approachble by car so they stop 5min walk away which at night is a bit scary. However, the driver called the Riad at arrival and the staff came to pick us up an escort to the Riad. That was amazing.

The Riad is still under construction, not possible to enjoy to the full extent. However when its done I am sure it will be great.

The riad was beautiful. The terrace looks amazing, and is perfect for an escape from the puzzle of the Marrakech City . Beautifully decorated but not overdone you see and feel Morrocco real soul in every corner er of the riad. The location was ideal for us, within 20 min walk from the souks and jamaa el fna within a lively traditional and authentic marrakeshi neighborhood. More importantly the staff was really helpful with whatever we asked , they did more than just deliver. Zawad was one of the staff we came across More during our stay and we are grateful. Great service , hospitality and made us feel like home. Definitely to our next visiting in marrakesh we will choose to stay here again.

Lovely Riad in the old medina in a local area as opposed to be close to the square. Very clean. We were the first guests booked after the renovations. Breakfast was beautiful with fresh baked bread from the local oven every morning. Private spa available for a Hammam and massage. Greeted by friendly staff who provided us with lovely Moroccan tea and pastries. Helpful in getting us up to the main square.

Fatima and Azziz took such good care of me, I was solo traveling for the first time, and never been to Marrakesh, listen to their advices, they're perfect. The Riad is gorgeous, the room (paprika) was beautiful, the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfortable and the blankets and pillows too. They allowed me to leave my luggage on my last day so I could enjoy the day in the Medina. Located in the old Medina close to Bab Aylan door. Breakfasts on the terrace with a beautiful sunrise and sunset, you also can stargaze at night and listnw to the birds and rooster in the morning, the prayer call also be heard which was beautiful ✨

The Riad is located on outskirts of Medina on Bab Aylan gate, about 20 minutes walking from the central Jamaa el Fna square. Small shops with water, juices and lemonades as well as bakeries and coffee are nearby. It is rather smaller Riad with nicely decorated patio and big rooftop terrace. Breakfast, lunches or dinners can be arranged for on premises and of good value. The room was nice and tidy, the shower and toilet modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially my host Aziz who attended the reception during my stay. So if you are looking for a friendly, comfortable stay outside of mass tourism and experience the real Medina of Marrakesh, this Riad Arabic House is a good choice.

There is nothing I would dislike.

Everything was excellent the service always looked for your needs very kindly and openly. They really did their best always. I am so satisfied with everything. The room was so comfortable. There was heating at night and comfortable really big bed for us. Finally, every part of the hotel is clean and well designed. The location is around 15 mins walk from the City center so you can feel the real nice culture of the City also. The food also delicious and traditional which was a pleasure for us.

We travelled around morocco for 6 days before arriving in this place and we are super happy to have found it, the best since we have arrived. When you are outside you are in the chaos of the medina and when you enter you can find a relaxing place with a very nice terrace. The place is quiet since there are only a few rooms. The staff is amazing, we talked a lot with them and they offered us a tea when we arrived. The room was clean and big, as well the bathroom. And if you are tired and you want good food without going around, just ask for dinner, the chicken cous cous was amazing. Thank you for everything 👍

Very nice and superserviceminded staff. Cozy atmosphere. Nice to have breakfast at the roof top terrace. Private transfer to the airport ( 20 euros) arranged by the riad worked fine.

The location was very hard to find. I recommend to book a transport from the riad in advance to make sure you come to the right place. The Old Town of Marrakech is like a labyrinth. Many guys want to earn extra money by showing the way so avoid asking guys if you don't want troubles.
