The riad itself is exactly what you would expect from seeing the photos. But what makes it truly special is the amazing hospitality of Abdou and Patrick who were ready to go above and beyond any time there was anything they could help us with; from organising an early breakfast for us at 6am to printing our boarding passes on a Sunday morning. I've traveled to nearly 30 countries and I don't think I've ever met more caring staff.

No minuses really, but things to keep in mind: - Wifi was a bit slow - absolutely not a problem for us as we didn't use it anyway, but just something to bear in mind in case you need it more for your stay - No hair dryer (or at least there wasn't any in our room - and to be frank, we didn't ask the staff if they had any) - The organised airport transfer dropped us off about a 5-minute walk from the riad - that's 5 minutes once we learned our way through the little streets of Marrakesh - it took us about 10-15 minutes of wandering around to find the place when we first arrived. We arrived during the day and as a couple, so that wasn't really an issue, but should have I traveled alone (female) and/or at night, I would have felt way more intimidated by the surroundings.

The staff were extremely attentive and made the stay wonderful. Most facilities are close and easily reached within a 30 minute walk. It is best to get the hotel to arrange your transfer from the airport as the location is not easy to find in the maze of alleyways. The hotel is quiet and a great place.to relax. Good WiFi. The a/c cools and heats effectively. The rooms are not large but they are full of Moroccan character. Good value for money.

It is a beautiful traditional riad. We loved the atmosphere and abdou was really nice. He helped us with everything and was super guest friendly. He totally adapted to our needs. Definitely going to recommend his place. The rooms are getting cleaned every day.

Price was unbeatable. The location was good. At first, I thought that the area wasn't safe, but it wasn't true. Great place to stay because of proximity to very good restaurants, e.g. Nomad, Limoni, etc.

Well, I found it a bit odd that we had to give the key back to the reception everytime we leave. That wasn't too uncomfortable weird, not sure about reasoning behind it. It was also a bit cold in the room, but generally speaking, it was a great stay.

Lovely place, Morocco style. Good WiFi. Lovely people work there. Abdou very friendly and helpful guy. Food tagine very good and tasty, breakfast very delicious.

The location was good. On arrival the host showed us a detailed map and how to safely navigate around the surrounding areas. After we had done this once or twice we were comfortable getting into the main tourist areas. The hosts were very good. They couldn’t do enough to help and frequently went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and places to go.

Loved the property. Riad had opening and closing roof, which helped to keep the warmth in January, when it was extremely cold.

Breakfasts are very simple

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The Riad is lovely, our rooms were nice and we enjoyed the sun terrace. Perfect!

We had a really good time in the accommodation. The stuff been helping us with everything and giving us tips about local prices and whatever we asked them. There was someone 24hours a day welcoming us with their really welcoming attitude. We had a wonderful time here! Cheers!

Suggest wi-fi on 1st floor a bit slow, and perhaps a router extension might benefit this.
