Once you get into the Riad, especially the balcony with the eating area and the two Jacuzzis, you'd appreciate how immaculate it is. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go an extra mile for you. Including the reception staff, housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff.

The location is not so good. My partner almost had a panic attack the night we checked in. The transport we took dropped us off at the Bab Kbour chou arch at almost 10.30pm. We had to navigate through narrow roads at night with some boys hanging around corners.

The property is so clean, tidy, authentic and beautiful. It is in a very tucked away location surrounded by locals and it was surprising to see such a beautiful Riad behind the door. It was difficult to get a taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel, some of the roads are narrow and so we had to walk a small way (it was safe but a little uncomfortable at night time). The hotel can help organising a taxi from the airport to the hotel before your stay. The property felt very safe and secure. The souks (markets) are a short 10-15 minute walk away and other trouser attractions are close to. The property gives you a full authentic experience of Marrakech. The staff were incredible, very kind and helpful and helped us organise our excursions and took very good care of us. I really recommend staying here for your time in Marrakech!

The property is situated on a small road which was daunting at first but it was safe.

The property is beautiful inside and surprisingly quiet from the bustle outside. The rooftop is a great spot and we would have spent more time in the Riad if snacks and drinks had been offered.

The room doors are very noisy and the banging as guests entered/exited at night was a little frustrating. The restaurant was very quiet and needed some background music to create atmosphere. Rooms were a little dark.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Everything was impeccably clean, and the beds and linens felt as luxurious as those in a 5-star hotel—truly top-notch quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Beautiful place, we had a top apartament which we very enjoyed because it was quiet and specious. Service is outstanding. Breakfasts are very French so sweet which we didn't like, but anyway, it was tasty. Food in riad is really nice and we recommend trying it. The hotel has its own hammam and spa, so it is worth checking. We enjoyed it a lot. If you don't mind staying in the old town it is a great place! Walking distance from everything.

The old town is not my favourite part of marrakesh but the rest was brilliant

we were let down by the cancellation of our Tiad three days before we traveled. Riad Ysalis was found by Booking.com and it was superb. We would heartily recommend it and suggest that more people are made aware of the property. in particular the staff were exceptional they went beyond expectations to make our stay such a wonderful experience.

The property was brilliant, couldn’t recommend effort, it was spotless, the rooms were a great size and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I would recommend eating in the Riad one night, the food was all home made and tasted so good.

It would be nice to have some music on the terrace for when you are relaxing on the chairs and in the hot tub.

Hassan was very helpful in terms of even finding the exact food we were craving and ordering them in!

There are youths who will insist on guiding tourist and demand cash if one follows them around the area. but they are harmless. Can be quite intimidating if Hassan did not assure us they mean no harm.

thé Riyad was amazing. room super confortable. staff super nice. thé spa really relaxing. everything was nice. note that you are slightly off the main touristic place, but it’s just a short walk back to the Riyad. which is even better.

Probably one of the nicest Riad in the medina. 5 stars level.

It is not located in the best part of the Medina and access is not the easiest.
