My group of friends and I spent a wonderful week at the Riad petit Karmela. The riad was beautiful, very clean and full of character. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff would meet us at our drop off points when returning from our excursions, to ensure our safe return to the riad, which made us feel very secure.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property or the service.

The hotel was generally very clean and nice. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Big room and lovely courtyard in the Riad where they had dinner and live music in the evenings. The rooftop was so special, there are sunbeds and multiple seating areas to watch sunset (or sunbathe) and escape the busy Medina. Also a good coffee machine at breakfast!! Which is very hard to find in Morocco!!

The facilities could be better- no pool or gym or extra facilities. Temperamental water/shower temperature but the plumping in the Medina is notoriously bad.

Excellent location. Outstanding Staff. Amazing customer service and every single person went out of their way to make us comfortable. Excellent and warm place to stay. Very clean and all the facilities are very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good Riad in a great location.

The staff were all fantastic. Everyone were helpful,efficient and friendly. I have travelled a lot and the staff at the Riad were by far the best ever. All were brilliant, a special thanks to Said Reception, Said Hamam, Mohammed and Hayman waiters at the Princessa.

The decor was authentic and very Moroccan in style. With great details. The breakfast was very good and both restaurants served exceptional suppers.

One of the best breakfasts ever. Eating on the roof top in small scattered eating areas was lovely. There plenty of choice- fruit, eggs, pastries, ham cheese and freshly ground coffee!

I don’t think it could be improved upon. Staff were amazing and so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us.

Great location in the Medina. The hotel was amazing with big bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a lovely pool in the middle of the road giving a welcome place to cool down after wandering the medina all day. Great views of Marrakech from the rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was limited with food left out covered in flies and lukewarm coffee. Other than that it was great.

Simply fabulous group of Riads in an excellent location in the Medina. Extremely tranquil Riad that is beautifully and sympathetically decorated to the traditions, incredibly helpful kind friendly staff. Roof top restaurant is beautiful. Loved every aspect of this place.

The bed was a little hard, but we were so tired at the end of the day it was fine!

The place is beautiful, food amazing, the rooms are super comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The Staff was super friendly and they all take very good care of the guests

the location in booking is wrong and it was a little difficult to get there the first time, the taxi driver had to reach out the Riad so make sure you have the exact location before arriving to Marrakech.

Very cosy, outstanding service and sparking clean. The riad is charming and very comfortable. Nice breakfast to start the day. A big surprise to see the special Valentine dinner. Perfect stay that makes us wish to come back.
