We stayed at the Sirayane hotel for 10 days, our first time in Morocco, only 15min from the Medina with free shuttle schedules. There are 4 key areas in assessing a hotel: 1. Staff hospitality and engagement: rarely have we met such a friendly staff which quickly recall your habits and anticipate them, be it drinks or you prefer more or less spicy, certain veggies or even a preferred table. Our 2 year old son was treated like family, entertained, spoiled with treats and this best summarises the feeling you get at the Sirayane, its like a small family making you feel as close to a home as possible. Special shout out to Salah, Adil, Yassine, Marouane and Said under the watchful eye of Anas, the director in charge of Food & Beverages. 2. Room cleanliness, bed and linen quality: our mini Suite was impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable and linen high threaded/soft. Regular cake treats and water were left in our room. 3. Food & Beverages: a great place to start your Moroccan cuisine journey! The breakfast buffet is copious and for all tastes, enough sweets or salty for either preferences. For health/sport oriented people there is all you need. Lunch and dinner have both local dishes as well as Morrocan, I recommend the Lamb Tajine with figues, as well as their couscous! 4. Facilities: within the very green garden you will find 3 pools, one heated, one large with shallower depth area for kids and another L shaped sea water pool for adults only. The pool staff is very responsive to customers be it drinks, more shade from the sun or even kid toys left by former guests. The small gym has all you need. There is an ATM outside, which is convenient if you are less confortable withdrawing in a crowded city. The Spa is a treat, the massages are of great quality, with a staff which has a broader skillset from Kinesiology to Osteopathic. Special thanks to Amina for the great oriental massage.

The accomodation and staff were superb could not fault this hotel. The deputy manager was visible, bumping into him regularly with his enquiries of how our stay was panning out, even to the over and above service of providing us with a plated breakfast the night before we were leaving as we had an early flight and would miss breakfast! The staff couldn't do enough for us. Both pools excellent and the pool attendant was so lovely ensuring we had everything we needed bonus was the heated pool where I could do some lengths :-) The hotel is basically in the middle of no where however if and when we required to leave the hotel regular shuttles into the Medina were provided. For us the seclusion was just what we needed for a relaxing stay, the pool sun beds were so comfortable. Should also mention the restuarant and spa were also first class. Would definitely stay here again.

Find it hard to be negative only thing I can say is if you wanted to walk outside the hotel perimiter I don't think this would be advisable unless you are more adventurous than me and my wife.

The hotel and facilities were incredible, and the staff were accommodating and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools, one adult only, which we really appreciated at different parts of the day. The shuttle service made getting to and from town very easy, and the ability to book taxis at reception saved a lot of hassle (although you do of course pay for this). The hotel was very clean and well air conditioned. We had a great time and would gladly return.

Not a negative on the property, but just be aware that the hotel is about 15-20 mins drive from jemaa el fna, so you will rely on the shuttles in/out and you will need to plan your days around these unless you want to pay for taxis. They are fairly regular and a comfortable drive, and in our opinion it is worth it to stay at this hotel.

First of all the hotel is beautiful & spacious and the staff were very attentive making it a 5 star service for sure from the airport pickup until the drop off. The bed is super comfortable and huge, so had one of the best sleeps for sure! The shuttle service times are great just 15 mins from Medina (downtown). The pool guys also super attentive and always anticipated your needs. Our lovely cleaning lady always knew the perfect time to clean the room and always did an amazing job and always greeting us smiling in he morning. The spa was super relaxing from the moment you walk in, we got a hammam and a massage and was amazing. The restaurant waiters are great and always explained the food perfectly. We mainly had breakfast (great omelletes) and lunch (plenty of options) as we were mostly out for dinner but they suggested some nice Moroccan wines when we did. The guy at the reception was super helpful always asking if we needed reservations or shuttle services at any time also let us keep the room longer for checkout if he could but had another option if this wasn't possible so we can enjoy the day. Thank you so much for our stay, we will definitely be back if in Marrakech.

Can't think of anything I disliked.

Beautiful hotel on beautiful grounds Amazing spa Extremely friendly and helpful staff- reception staff but particularly the bar staff and waiters who all took the time to talk to us and pay our baby attention. Breakfast selection was fab. Shuttle bus to Marrakech centre was useful Loved having a private garden and pool- great when our baby was napping

The taxi used to get back to the airport (organised by the hotel)- driver was unfriendly and left myself, my husband, baby, three suitcases, two hand luggage bags and a buggy outside the airport without offering to help us with getting it to the pavement. He left us on a road through the airport which was extremely unhelpful. This was our only fault with the whole trip!

From the moment myself and my boyfriend arrived at Sirayane, we were treated like Royalty. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. We were able to check in early with no extra cost. The room was exceptional with fresh towels, robes and toiletries daily. The pool staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we always maximised the sun / shade and were comfortable. The waiters were very polite and productive serving gorgeous food daily . The grounds are gorgeous, there are beautiful plants/ trees dotted around which are attended to daily and the spa facilities are something else, the grounds are also guarded with security making you feel extra safe! There is a regular shuttle bus that takes you in and out of the city every evening which was an added unexpected bonus! We loved every minute, its the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We have already recommended it to our friends and family.

There is nothing we could criticise about our stay. The only feedback I could give is perhaps more English variety at breakfast. The cooked food was very French (hotdogs sausages with onion or beef with cheese) however I am aware they are restricted with pork. Plus we could order any eggs of our choosing so I really mustn't complain!

We have planned to stay at Sirayane ofter our trip to Merzouga, therefore it was a perfect place to relax and reload after a long 4-day trip. To begin with, the staff is absolutely amazing. We have been offered a free room upgrade, which was an unexpected gift but well received. The room we received was very spacious, with large windows and a private yard with a pool. The restaurant is nice, the staff well trained and the food was very tasty.

I cannot name an important thing I didn't like, however smoking allowance at the bar could be an issue for most of the guests but this is a minor matter that can disturb some of the guests but brings satisfaction to others.

Trip to Marrakech was good but this place made it 10x better. Beautiful and elegantly designed. One of it not the best boutique hotel we’ve stayed at ever. Quiet, relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Far yet only a 10 mins to drive to the main square and they have transfers throughout the day so it’s not even a problem. The staff were 10/10 and you really can make it your home for how ever long you wish to stay there. We even got to meet the owner who was a top man and deserves credit for his creation.

Honestly, faultless. Only thing I’d say is pstar martinis were abit sour other than that it was perfect.

Absolutely top-notch all around! Rooms, staff, spa, service, restaurant, pools - you name it, it was excellent. Couldn't spot a single thing that wasn't A-OK! 👌😄

The resort's a bit of a hike from the city center, so you'll need wheels to get around. Good news is, they've got transport options right at the hotel. Now, here's a gripe (calling out Booking.com): The Booking site messed up big time by putting the resort's location in the wrong spot. That caused me some serious headaches. The hotel's been on Booking's case about this, but it seems like they're just turning a deaf ear! 🤨

Perfect getaway hotel, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Food was very good. Location had free shuttle transfers to and from the centre of Marrakech. Well maintained hotel. Aimed was very accommodating as the manager and all the other staff were superb cannot fault any of them.

Lost WiFi in the room on day two due to a technical fault. But was resolved by the morning.
