Amazing service and friendly staff. Khaled helped with all our needs and was super kind. The bedroom was lovely and the restraunt had very tasty food. Foud, the excursion agent who is part of the hotel was very helpful and we booked our excursions. All excursions were excellent and fairly priced, would definitely recommend using this service. Also, the spa service is new and was amazing. However, it was a shame the swimming pool was not available.

Breakfast selection was very limited and swimming pool out of order.

The breakfast was Mediterranean and was excellent. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helful

I didn't dislike anything. The hotel ticked all boxes. The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful especially Samira with her lovely smile and Halima also was very friendly. Fred (that's what he told me to call hime) organised all my tours as well as taxi to airpory)

We had a great experience in this Hotel. Very good hospitality from all the staff and services (restaurant, spa, tour guide). All the staff made us feel like family and taken care of , when some problems occurred. Special Thank you to Amine (who helped us with setting up a tour guide), to Khalid (who made us feel like family and always showed concern for our stay), to Mohamed (recepcionist who gave us a very nice welcoming) and to Fatima and Samira (receptionists always with a smile, making us feel like home - Thank you for the flowers).

The staff both at reception were absolutely brilliant. We were a group of 13 and they catered for all our needs even at breakfast time.

The receptionist that checked us in charged us a higher exchange rate than normal market rate when we paid in Dirhams and so the cost of the hotel was more than expected (not sure if this was right as he wouldn’t provide a receipt)

We’ve paid our dues in Marrakech. Stayed in a cosy riad in the wonderful, but noisy and claustrophobic medina…stayed in a luxurious Kenzi hotel…but taxi rides from anywhere. The Stars Hotel and Spa is the perfect compromise…unbeatable location only a few metres from the main avenue running through Gueliz…with dozen of restaurants and cafes within a five minute stroll. It is a pleasant half hour walk or €5 taxi from the Medina (1km). The hotel is staffed by the friendliest, most hard working people imaginable. The breakfast leans towards Moroccan cuisine…plus a fabulous array of breads and pastries. They will happily make you an omelette. Our room was large, modern and with a great bathroom and balcony. The outdoor/indoor restaurant/cafe terrace area is perfect. I cannot speak too highly of our experience here…Dec 4-7 2023.

Fantastic location in a modern part of Marakesh, full of unique and quality restaurants, you can enjoy the night life of Marakesh.. Amazing stuffs in reception and in restaurants who truly care for you

If they offer a free spa on your arrival, take it straight away, its only available for the first 2 days, honestly if its free it should be any of the days, because you have others plans for your visit. They should have facilitirs to make coffee and tea in the room, its a big miss. They should have more English channel from around the world to watch, not just aljazeera news, very important they should have youtube access in their TV, a big miss

During your journey, taxi drivers always tell you that staying in a hotel is an excellent choice. It really is, and its location is the best. Don´t forget to visit restaurants like L'Adresse Guéliz and Mama Afrika, both nearby. During my stay at the hotel, I encountered an issue -- my balcony door became stuck. The staff sent me a handyman in 2 minutes, who made a few changes and the door was restored to its original condition! They were always so nice and attentive.

Breakfast staff was also kind, but the breakfast itself was really poor. Another problem, and it was mentioned many times on the site -- the walls in the hotel are not soundproof. I won't go into detail about what I heard last night, but it's a bizarre construction defect that's impossible to fix without major repairs.

The location was ideal. Away from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa El Fnaa, but still close by to other shops and the Gueliz area. There are also two money exchange shops very close by. Hotel has an onsite Spa and Restaurant. All of which are very well presented and clean. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. I was able to book a transfer to and from the airport via the hotel for 150 Dirhams each way for 2 passengers. This made our trip easier.

The shower didn't drain water too well so it would build up and the shower would also leak on to the bathroom floor if too much water built up. Breakfast lacked options.

Front of house staff Samira, Fatima, Amine and Khalid were amazing and extremely helpful. Great location 20 mins walk to the famous market and 15 mins walk to Cyber Park, literally a straight walk down Mohamed V road. Lovely restaurants and bars near by. Hotel restaurant food is also nice with friendly and helpful staff. Truly outstanding hospitality. Nice roof top pool too on a hot, sunny day or for just sunbathing.

Unfortunately, in the hotel spa as lovely and peaceful as it is, I experienced unprofessional treatment from the two Filipina ladies. The worst facial treatment ever. A real shame, as I had outstanding service from all the other hotel staff and was looking forward to spa treatments throughout my four nights stay. Luckily I had a much nicer massage spa treatment from a spa place that is situated across the road from the hotel. It would be great if there was a small electric kettle in the rooms like most hotels have to just make a tea or coffee.

Many staff not wearing masks. Breakfast seems to have tried too hard, served on a fine dining style black tile plate, but taste so-so. The omelette was fried with too much butter Hotel asking for a higher rate in MAD, about 5% higher than internet exchange rate, saying booking.com charges them exchange charges. They said it happens in all other hotels in Morocco, but having stayed in around 7 other hotels on the trip, I never experienced this big of a difference, usually the local rate is even less. After complaining, they agreed to charge at actual exchange rate.

Rooms are very modern, clean, and spacious. Really excellent. Service in general was good. Location is good. About 15min walk from train/bus station. Taxis refuse to use meters in Marrakech, and unless you look and speak like a local, might be faster to just walk it instead of haggling with a bunch of taxis.
