Our stay was amazing and the breakfast buffet was soo good. We stayed only one night and we saw a new menu at Lila restaurant and we asked if we could try it out. Hamid (the manager) told us that the menu would not start until the day after but since we were only staying one night they would figure something out for us. It was a new dry aged steak menu and we were the first ones to try it and it was one of the best steak we have ever gotten! Thank you chef Mohammed! Our waiter Khalid and the chefbar Hickam were incredible. Hamid was extremely nice and made us feel so welcome and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly reccomend!

Cleanliness, size and facilities in the room were good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the kids enjoyed the heated pool.

The food in the restaurant at lunch time was very poor, burger bun was rock hard, meat in wrap was pink and chips were bad

That the toilets don’t have a hose in them , I mean it should be there I am aware that not everyone uses them but there are people who do use so my suggestion is kindly provide hose in the toilets and if the guest want to use they can if not then no issues,I had to bring my own hose in ,also everything was written in French so it was definitely difficult for me to read what food I am eating it would be great if they had written it down in English so it could be easier.

Loved the clean and modern room with a terrace. Very helpful staff. Good location with easy access to main roads and get to walk to the medina. Amazing gym.

Breakfast was over crowded and you easily got stressed. The pool was heated and warm, very nice but its located in the shadow which make it very cold and during winter you cant sunbath because of that. Be aware of the high deposit they require for each night. 1000DH per night.

Nice, spacious room with balcony incl amenities like coffee machine / water kettle / complementary tea and coffee etc Location - modern and safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants in walking distance, the Medina is about a 30 minute walk away (along avenues with spacious sidewalks, so very walkable) Overall, friendly and attentive service

The breakfast was not really what you'd expect from a Radisson - the choices were rather limited and the presentation/taste of the food was a bit lacking Maybe we were unlucky but the reception area was quite crowded and waiting times were a bit longer every time we needed something

We had a junior suite for 3 of us which provided ample space and was a good layout. Unfortunately we had to move rooms due to noise from a busy road, but the manager (Rashid) was extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The pool area, lunch menu and gym families were all very good. Location was good for access to the new and old town - taxis easy to flag down and very cheap, but be sure to negotiate! The hotel were very good at advising what should be a fair rate.

The booking.com description of the room described a ‘mountain view’ - not a mountain in sight, very misleading! Just a busy road and the opposite apartments. Not really enough sun beds around the pool for a sunny day.

It is located so well close to YSL and Garden Marjorie and good distance from airport. Also good distance from Medina and Jamal Fana. One of the best places to stay! Amazing staff, great room service, very good spacious room and good view to the pool. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was really great, very helpful, very polite, well mannered and they are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Marrakesh again.

Nothing was not likeable really

We had a fantastic welcome from Aissem who contributed to making our stay that much more enjoyable. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had some issues with the TV and plumbing and Aissem had these sorted promptly. The location of the hotel is perfect for experiencing the modern side of Marrakech and it is a short drive from the local medina. The Carre Eden shopping centre is adjacent to the hotel and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The area has a lively atmosphere and we felt very safe to be out late at night. We stayed in a local riad at the beginning of our trip which was amazing as well. Ending it off at Radisson Blu Carre Eden was just perfect for us. The breakfast options are plentiful. The omelettes were delicious but the msemmen (moroccon pancakes) were more authentic and tasted much better in the riad. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would certainly stay there again.

The rooms facing the main road can be very noisy at a night.

Special about the attention of the manager Marouane, he is about friendly and solved problem that had. He made about stay matter. Thank you very much Marouane for all!
