Very nice and supportive hotel team. Especially Mme Loubna and Imane and Mr Mbarek. Truly recommend.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at La Tour Hassan. The hotel is beautiful and what makes it even more special is the staff - willing to go above and beyond to help you have a great experience. A very special thank you to Loubna that was extremely welcoming and made our check-in experience very pleasant! Also Imane and Jouness at the front desk made us feel comfortable and welcomed and were always so nice, any request was accommodated easily and quickly. The food and service at the bar and restaurants were also excellent!

Whole professionality at the front desk especially with Imane and Najwa who helped me a lot on communication. Spa is very nice too.

At the breakfast they made a mistake that I was asked to sign a check of my breakfast of 2 persons, but actually it was supposed to be included already. Quite unpleasant.

In all my years this was one of my favourite hotel experiences. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special - Wong on the front desk was cheerful and welcoming and even managed to check us in a little early. It was a special occasion and they upgraded our room. It had a WOW factor from the second we opened the door. The view was incredible and the fact I could lie in bed and look at the swimming pool was a real added bonus. Our dinner and breakfast were of the highest quality. Breakfast is a mixture of service and self service. There is much choice but do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you would like brought to your table. Rarely do I leave a hotel without any negative comments, however small. My only disappointment was that we were only there for two nights ! a big thanks for all the staff specialy Najwa , Dalal And Kader for making it a memorable experience.

My stay at Hassan Tour Palace was an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service across the board. From the receptionist's Loubna and Imane warm welcome and efficiency to the meticulous attention to detail by the housekeeping team Amal, meryem and Ibtissam, every aspect of service was top-notch. The restaurant staff, including the managers, were attentive and provided an exemplary dining experience where I’ve felt I had never to worry what I will order, it was like having a private chef and staff that knew what I would like to eat depending on my mood big thanks to Sidi Mohamed and Hamza and the amazing chef Yanick. I was going to forget also the amazing Spa experience Meryem, the therapist, provided an incredible service. Her expertise and gentle approach during the hammam and massage left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Her attention to detail and professionalism are commendable. The professionalism and friendliness of all staff members made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay marked by exceptional hospitality. And sorry I couldn’t remember all the names of everyone but I will comeback for sure everyone made me feel like I’m at home. Thank you guys !!

As a belgium travel agency I come here multiple times a year with my clients. The hotel is just perfect in every way. The welcoming by Dalal and the rest of the crew gave us an immediate good feeling, the rooms are very clean, very spacious and fantastic decorated. The huge garden terrace where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a (alcoholic) drink. The restaurant offers very nice maroccon meals with a nice wine menu. Breakfast... OMG what an enormous choice of food very well presented. Simply said... don't hesitate to book this hotel, you will enjoy it very very much!

Nice location, friendly staff. Beautiful garden and classy restaurants. Excellent breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious.

Room amenities need to improve. There is a full minibar, including wine, etc. But there were no glasses provided. Only one black and one green tea bag is provided. If 2 ppl are staying and want to have the same choice, then you have to call and ask. Shower doo leaks heavily, making the bathroom wet and sloshy.

La Tour Hassan Palace is a luxury accommodation in Rabat. This large hotel offers all the amenities that a traveler would want...a selection of restaurants, beautiful gardens and pool and excellent proximity to the city. The staff were very attentive, including arranging taxis and storing luggage while we traveled. While pricey, I highly recommend La Tour Hassan Palace if one is looking for a luxury stay while in Rabat.
