This Riad is an excellent one to stay in Rabat. The location is wonderful. You can walk there from the train station and it's just inside the main gate of the Medina, in a very quiet street. It's such a unique, beautiful building. The rooms are stunning, clean, quiet and very Moroccan style. The beds are so comfortable. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast isn't buffet style, it's a set breakfast for all but really delicious and fresh. The roof terrace is great to sit and enjoy the sun and views. We would definitely return to stay here.

The shower and taps worked well, but the plumbing could be improved as the drainage in the sink and shower is very slow.

The location inside the medina is very good and the decor of the hotel (if you like Moroccan tiling, plasterwork, stone work and carpentry) is exceptional - beautifully finished and without being ostentatious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better - it's quite small and I would have preferred, for example, fruit and the wonderful fresh cheese from the market round the corner rather than the packaged plastic cheese.

Beautiful, centrally located riad with six guest rooms. Friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our four-day stay. Delicious breakfast served from 8 am. The place is quiet as it is on a small side street, but only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Medina. They arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport - much appreciated.

It is hard to find downsides, but if I need to: this being a riad with a particular architecture, you can hear other guests opening and closing their doors, etc. This is how it is in most riads (traditional houses converted to accommodations).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Riad is located in a very quiet side street in the middle of the old Medina. So you are in the middle of the place where you need to be! You can walk easliy to everything were you need to go as a tourist. The hospatlity is absolute Champions League level. Very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home straight away. Breakfast was very delicious aswell. Futhermore we loved the furnishings and design in the Riad. You really feel you are in Morocco. If we come back to Rabat we will stay here again for sure!

The dont offer any airport service. Maybe something that they could work on in the future.

Amazing, richly decorated (recently build) Riad in the style of a traditional Moroccan town house. Hence you can also enjoy small en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are grouped around a small courtyard. The hotel is directly situated in the old Medina and has a nice rooftop terrace overlooking the old town. Traditional, simple breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful in every aspect!

Due to design of those houses be aware that all rooms open to the small courtyard. Therefore, you will also hear the other guests. Which was no problem for us.

In a word, the place is amazing. Air conditioned authentic Morrocan bed rooms with excellent amenities, clean quiet with an ambience and mood unlike any other. Immediately transforms the visitor to time long gone, of riads and olden morrocan traditional homes. Ive traveled alot throughout the years but few places have managed to feel like home away from home. Riad Sidi Fatah was just that.

Hardly anything, this place was perfect to a fault. Having a small fridge inside the guest rooms wouldve been nice but to be honest it wouldve ruined the traditional decor. Perhaps an intetional omission on owners part, one that didnt bother me much. Also the staff are always there to help if you would need to keep anything chilled for later. Shout out to all the staff with special thanks to Khaled and. Soukaina,. I will be returning inchalah.

My stay at Riad Sidi Fatah in Rabat was truly exceptional, and I am compelled to share my experience, especially highlighting the incredible kindness and service of Loubna and the nightshift staff (I didn't get his name but he works nightshift). From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Loubna and her team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. What truly touched my heart was an incident involving an injured kitten that seemed to be about one month old. The poor kitten had fallen from the roof, and both Loubna and the nightshift staff offered assistance when we discovered the kitten and asked for help. They searched for a nearby vet and took great care in feeding and nurturing the tiny kitten. Witnessing their compassion and concern for the helpless animal was a testament to their wonderful character. You can truly tell a lot about a person by how they treat animals, and their actions speak volumes. The riad itself is beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast each morning was delightful. The location of Riad is perfect for exploring Rabat, situated in a quiet street in the medina. We felt safe and comfortable walking around, even late at night. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Rabat. The exceptional service, coupled with the genuine kindness of Loubna made my stay truly special. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sidi Fatah and very highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rabat. It is just a short walk from the city gates, which makes it a perfect location for exploring the whole medina. What makes this beautiful riad truly special is the most welcoming and friendly staff :) They made a lovely breakfast for us with seasonal fruit and delicious freshly made Moroccan bread and carried it all up on the roof terrace just so we can enjoy the perfect view while sipping our morning coffee. We can't wait to stay at Sidi Fatah again :)

There was nothing not to like!

We enjoyed our stay at Riad Sidi Fatah. The Riad was beautiful, the staff were friendly & welcoming. The location was excellent near the entrance of the medina, yet it was very quiet & pleasant. The breakfast was good (traditional Moroccan) albeit a bit modest. The value for money was excellent for the level of comfort, authenticity & the location. We overall enjoyed our stay there. A big thank you to all the lovely stuff there !

Western style toilets with no toilet bidets, which can be inconvenient for travellers from non-Western backgrounds like myself. Installing toilet bidets would be a recommendation The doors could be a bit noisy but I suppose that is what these traditional wooden doors are like. We didn't mind them much

Location is amazing, right inside the market so you can shop to your heart's content. Also walking distance to most of the major monuments like the Oudayas and Hassan tower. There is a public underground car park right outside the old city walls which is a 10 min walk on the flat through the market to get to the riad. The building is gorgeous, rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were fantastic. It was such a lovely place to come back to every day!
