The location! It's close to the medina and to the beach. The hotel has amazing views

At 10.30 sharp they start clearing food from the breakfast buffer. This does not give room for people who faced an inconvenience to have a late breakfast . For instance, my baby always woke up close to 10.30 and I had to immediately rush to get breakfast before they cleared all the food away. In other hotels I have been to ( I have been to many)even if breakfast ends at 10.30 there is an allowance to still have a late breakfast at least until 11am. At some point we were even asked to leave the breakfast area at least we had just finished eating. That never happens though in high level hotels being asked to leave.

This Hotel is one of the best in the city, the location is wonderful which means you are close from all attractions, never mention the fantastic staff, Faten,( I hope I have spelled it wright) Yaseen, Tawfeeq. Providing all the support.

Place is nice and the location is superb. Staff are very friendly and cooperative...and I can recall the names of Yasesn and Fetna.

The hotel is very new and so everything is modern and fresh. The location is right on the beach. The rooms are large and the bathroom is light and big. I loved the towels and sheets. The balcony is lovely. The location is great if you don’t want to stay in the old town. The rooms are very well noise proofed.

When I booked I selected a double bed. I also asked at check in for a double bed but they still gave me a twin room. Most annoying, they charge a “deposit” of more than the cost of the stay on your credit card at check in. I don’t understand why they do this. Why can’t we just pay what we owe at check out? Or just take credit card details but don’t put the excessive charge through.

Great location, amazing view on the beach especially from the restaurant. This time I booked a room with sea view and it was totally worth it. Breakfast is nice, the staff are both caring and professional. I especially appreciated a follow-up that was done after we've faced some issues last time, the hotel reached out, listened to the complaint and offered to make up for it and they totally elevated our experience to another level. A special thanks to the guest manager Fatimazahra for her amazing care and attention!

Nothing, it was a great stay!

I liked the room with an amazing sea view , the location, the service of the management particularly Mr Yasser Taghi at the reception, was very professional and kind, he listened to our concern took action and next day all was corrected to our satisfaction, many thanks Yasser. Also, the parking guys were very nice and helpful and last but not least at the breakfast, at the egg station nawfal was so nice , he cooked for me the best poshed eggs with a always a nice smile despite how busy was he.. thank you to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one.

The hamam experience was quite disappointing , not in line with what you pay.. the relaxing room is same as where you change, this is a hamam for foreigners who do not know what is really a great relaxing hamam experience.. do not offer it to Moroccans ..

The location was great and easy to walk to the water. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Staff was eager to help throughout the stay. The gym was decent and had the basics.

I had an issue with the drain in my shower which caused the water to run out of the shower and all over the bathroom and even into the entry of the room. It seems a cover was placed on incorrectly when the room was turned over. I was able to fix it myself once I realized what was going on and room service quickly brought a bunch of towels to replace the ones I used to sop up the mess on the floor.

Modern and stylish hotel directly at the corniche. Although there is a 6lane-road right in front, you here no noise in the room (advise: be carefull crossing that road! we witnessed an accident where a man was hit by a car on the zebra crossing). beach right in front. comfy large bed, nice bathroom, very friendly and attentive staff. good and stable wlan. balcony with table and chairs. breakfast choice is great, and you have a wonderful view overlooking the beach. beautiful rooftop bar and terrace with a small pool, large 2nd pool in the garden. to the medina 20min by foot, but there are also a lot of taxi that bring you there for just a few dirham. the hop on-tourist bus is a nice option for an overview, one stop is 5min by foot to the right.

only one thing (which a lot of even very good hotels are missing): there a hardly any labels at the breakfast buffet, so you have to guess what you are taking. I mentioned it at checkout, maybe it helped.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. I felt very safe during my stay, as the safety measures were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the lobby to the rooms. A special mention to Mr. Mustafa, who was in charge of breakfast. He was always polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His exceptional service truly stood out. Also, the view from the 8th-floor breakfast area was absolutely breathtaking in the morning. It made every breakfast even more enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I do have to give a massive appreciation and thank you to the lovely Fatima Zahra. She is an absolute asset to the Hotel in so many ways. She is one of the restaurant Chefs you will see at the Crepe area. She would always have a glistening smile and make the most delicious crepes you’ll ever taste, would always ensure that we were looked after and was our call whenever we need anything. Truly a heart full of gold!
