The room is very comfortable and big. I love the view. The breakfast offers a variety of food. The bed is very soft and big. The free toiletries in the room smells really good. The bathroom was amazing. I liked the layout. There was a safe, which I used. I enjoyed that the dressing area was separate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was given vouchers but only after my second or third day. By that time I had already used the Spa. It would be ideal if they can give the vouchers at the latest the day after arrival.

Everything! The location is perfect - just across the beautiful Kandawgyi Royal Lake. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping to the hotel manager demonstrated top-notch customer service. I booked a deluxe and got a suite like room at an executive level. My room is very spacious with a separate living room, a dressing room, a working space, and a huge bathroom overlooking the lake. I wish I had stayed longer here. The best hotel in Yangon!

Lanna and Eyon's super friendly and polite demeanor added an extra layer of warmth and professionalism to the event. Their exemplary service significantly contributed to the overall positive experience, making it a memorable and enjoyable occasion for all attendees.

There is nothing to complain about; the stay was exceptional. Congratulations to the management and staff for the brilliant work.

I like the warming welcoming ambiance of the lobby hall, welcoming and lovely staffs and the decoration of our room (modern yet grand).

When we stayed there for 2 days, the noises from the neighbor rooms are quite irritating. I understand that families can be there as their staycations or leisure stays. But, we encountered a violent banging to our door several times and that freaks us out. Kids are playing at our corridor and they are the ones who bang ours. No matter what, we felt very uncomfortable at that time.

Everything was perfect: the breakfast, dinner, fitness center, pool, and even took cool, evening sockless walks on astroturf garden area outside pool. Special thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade and to the breakfast room staff who bought soy milk for me because I am allergic to regular milk. They were very kind and attentive.

Everything was great. The people of Myanmar are wonderful and the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Will always stay there whenever in Myanmar.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices. The Friday night buffet was amazing but it is best to book this beforehand. The treatments at the spa was great. I had both a facial and a massage. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The coffee is not freshly made but comes from a machine which gave problems almost every morning.

The location is amazing and we had selected a lake view room. The rooms are spacious! From our room we could view the lake and the greenery. The lake itself is beautiful and one can go for long morning or evening walks (which we did!) The staff is exceptional and they accommodated my requests. I had travelled for 24 hours without sleep hopping over couple of airports. Eric and Snow at the reception took up my request for early check-in with May. May said that usually they do not allow a very early check-in (I had landed at 9:30 AM and the normal check-in time is 2:00 PM.) But May was considerate enough and making out that I was tired, they allowed a very early check-in. A big shout out to them!! Thanks May, Eric and Snow. Wyndham Grand gave a complimentary fruit basket which was a nice gesture from them. The massage and spa center is wonderful with nice ambience and the service is nice. We requested for a room change as the room provided on check-in was very near to the lift. This request too was accommodated. The breakfast spread is limited for a vegetarian but is good. But if a request is placed, they accommodate it. On the evening of second day, Robert kindly took our request for getting vegetarian soup, vegetable fried rice and fresh apply juice. Thanks Robert!! And on final day of stay, Nick helped with one final request of late check out. Overall it was a memorable stay.

The option of food for vegetarians is very limited. The hotel should also try to make it easy to identify food which is veg, non-veg, vegan. It does not feel right to approach a staff every time daily to ask what food is veg / non veg

Everything was amazing. The staff is so respectful and helpful. Design of the hotel, the public areas are so nice. The restaurant serves really delicious food. Breakfast is included and it offers a wide variety of different food. We did like it! The swimming pool is clear and it was always empty. The view is amazing. The room itself was comfortable and beautiful. And te price, of course, was really low! We payed only 76$ for 2 nights!

Spoon, the hotel's buffet restaurant, offers a wide variety of delicious food, especially the Chinese cuisine. We often saw the executive chef personally inspecting the restaurant, and our family felt that he was very attentive to every detail of the food. In the morning, the chef greeted my wife and daughter, and we found him to be very gentlemanly.

Internet WiFi not stable, sometimes offline

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, rooms are spacious and well designed. Lobby is comfortable and has great design elements. Gym well equipped. Pool is great. Breakfast had nice selection to enjoy. Incredible team.

Only downside was that pool area was not set up and there were no seating areas outside. Apparently because of a rainy season, but it meant that during sunny days there was no area to enjoy outside.
