1.Located at centre point of pokhra. 2. Walking distance to phewa lake. 3. Helping and cooperative staff especially Mr Basu Tripathi ji who has helped me a lot throughout my stay. 4 Rooftop Swimming pool is main attraction as my kids has enjoyed it the most. 5. Rooms are spacious with awesome view of phewa lake. 6.Currency exchange facility, flight ticket booking facility, sightseeing taxi and adventure activity tickets can be booked as their office served as one stop point to all the facilities. I will definitely like to stay again during my next visit.....

Amazing full service hotel! Great location, just a few mins from the lake which you could see from our balcony and the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were beyond helpful with everything, and also really friendly and approachable. They are linked with Thai ghar spa next door where we went twice for lovely massages from lovely ladies. Also a pretty rooftop pool overlooking the lake. They have their own tour company downstairs and helped us organise our trek and other tours whilst in Pokhara, as well as our flight when we left. Stored our luggage for us while we went trekking, and when we came back it felt like we were back home! Cannot thank the team at the Adam enough, had a wonderful time and will be back!

The location was very nice! Next to good restaurants/bars/shops and the lake. From the rooftop you have a very nice view. The room (surperior) was very clean, smelled nice and had everything we needed. The bed slept also very good! We saw the infinity pool, but we had a too busy schedule to take a swim, but it looked clean. The owner of the hotel made sure we had a nice and comfortable time here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We slept 3 nights in a row, then we had a 4 day-trekking to Poon Hill, and after that we back to this hotel to rest. In the meantime, we could store our luggage and motorcycle safely there, which made our trip so much easier!

The location, food, staff and view were all. What was best is that they have a luggage storage room for those who want to visit other places and leave their luggage for a few nights and we did that.

There was no foot mat at the bathroom door, I almost slipped and fell twice while coming out from my shower. And the door lock of the second room that we were given on returning was a bit of a hassle, we struggled to lock it when we went out. Other than that everything was good.

This hotel was the nicest place I’ve stayed in Pokhara :) Each and every staff member I spoke to were so kind to me. As a solo traveller, they made me feel so welcome and safe everyday. I felt like I could ask them for any help and I will always come back to stay here when I visit Pokhara again. Thank you for making my stay in Pokhara so great and comfortable. Dhanyabaad. - Hannah

Clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Great location right on the lake with good views on the rooftop of the lake and of the Himalayas on a clear day. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. As a solo traveller, they made me feel at home, with Adam in particular helping me prepare for my trek (booked elsewhere). As they have an agency too, they were also brilliant at booking activities, transport and giving some decent advice generally.

A little difficult to meet people as a solo traveller, but that’s a little bit of a given as it is a hotel. This was made up by the staff trying to make you as comfortable and at home as possible.

Perfect location in Lakeside. View of the lake was incredible from the roof deck and pool area. Nice to cool off in the small pool. Room was big enough and well-appointed. Staff was very helpful arranging tours and transportation, picking up our bag at the bus station, sending mail, and handling laundry.

Breakfast was fine, but would have benefitted from some variety over the course of 5 days. Add muesli and yogurt.

Good location，just 3 minutes walking can reach the phewa lake。the hotel is on the lakeside Road where full of restaurants and outdoors shops and souvenirs shops trekking & tourism agencies etc everything you need can find there。the hotel also has lift to transport you and your backpacks up and down .the room attached with bathroom is comfortable，hot shower with strong current is the best enjoyable during trekking of ACT & Upper Mustang, also surely did since landed Kathmandu。on the top of the hotel you will enjoying the fresh air facing the lake view sat under the bright sun while having a breakfast in the morning. Also the services provided by the agency of hotel really good，which covers from exchange，taxi booking and bus or air ticket etc，Adam and Rosan always ready to answer your any questions and tried their best to help and comfort you 。highly recommend!

Great value! Good location, good price, good breakfast.Staff and boss are very nice and helpful. The lovely little hotel also run itself-owning agency which can book all kinds of other service, includes air ticket,bus ticket,trekking and other outdoor events. Very convenient. I would like to recommend the hotel to my every friend. Additionally, this is indeed recommended by well-know Lonely Planet Nepal!!

It is better if there was a notice in the room for turning down the voice of TV night. The wall is thin.

We got the bigger room than we expected which was very nice and with beautiful view for mountains and the lake (we had balcony). Very clean room and modern. Breakfast on the tarrace with beautiful view also. Swimming pool with the lake and mountains view. Central location, just in the middle of the lake promenade (shops and restaurants near by). Very big bathroom, hot water, good pressure for the water. The staff working and the manager Adam very nice, attentive and they treat you like a family. You can organize tours in the hotel, change money etc.
