Breakfast was good and they arranged an early breakfast when I had to leave before 7 am. Location is excellent - just 5 minutes from Lakeside. Staff were very helpful and the swimming pool appeared to be cleaned every day.
AC was a little temperamental. Left my swimming trucks on the balcony by mistake - they were not returned to me by housekeeping after I arrived back ay hotel after my trek though would have been easy to do so.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is close to Phewa lake and the market making it very convenient.
Issue with hot water availability for shower during cloudy days but that too was fixed quickly once the issue was raised.

5* for nepal Five month stay in the country and feel very comfortable at this hotel. Beautiful landscaping and the rooms are very similar to western hotels. If you’re coming from trekking or even thamel this is a huge shock. The included breakfast is top notch and the dinner is probably the best food I’ve had in Pokhara. Relaxing. Yet close to the nightlife. Couldn’t be happier
The shower is something To get used to, I wish the rooms included a small squeegee for bathroom floor

Buffet Breakfast was good quality food but with limited options. The service, cleanliness, food are all good. The location was good without street noises but had late night dj music coming from other clubs in the surrounding.

The resort was well maintained and well decorated. The staff were friendly and provided scope for us to leave our luggage for our trek for 2nights. It was close to the Pokhara Lake Road and had everything nearby.
The breakfast was the same for every morning since we had stayed for 3 nights we got kinda bored. They need to add more variety...and there were so many guests due to new years even then it was the same.

They may have locker. During checkout they didn't give me any helping hand for carrying luggages. Swimming pool should be temperature controlled.

Clear Room, good staff behavior and hospitality. Awesome atomispher and beautiful green environment. Cooperative staff in the front desk. Recommended to stay in Pokhara Lake side.
