My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the wonderful family who runs the hotel. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and it was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a comfortable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet—a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was remarkable, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathrooms. It’s evident that the family takes immense pride in their property. The personal touches didn’t end with the rooms. The family was always available with helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, adding a delightful personal connection to our trip. If you’re looking for a cozy, family-run hotel with pristine, peaceful accommodations, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

As soon as we got off from the airport, Dhiraj contacted us on whatsapp from the Hotel and sent us the address of the hotel. We dont' know him personally, Just booked on booking.com. Also, we received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and Dhiraj and his family showed always care and very good service during our stay in their hotel. You will have a beautiful view of the mountains among many beautiful flowers. And very reasonably priced. Would be happy to stay at their hotel again

Mountain View is a charming family-owned hotel tucked away on a quite street. The establishment boasts cleanliness, a delightful garden view, and an excellent location, conveniently within walking distance of numerous picturesque attractions. What enhances its allure is the fact that they offer only a limited number of rooms, if my memory serves me right, just seven. So, don't hesitate to secure your booking promptly! :) Without a doubt, I would revisit when I pass through Pokhara again in the future.

Very minor, but a small leak under the sink when you wash your hands.

The staff was very kind and helpful especially in planning a last minute excursion into the mountains. The room was spacious and clean and the location was great. Just far enough to be away from the center but still walkable.

Bathrooms could use some updated (new shower heads etc.) At night there were a lot of barking dogs but not on the hotel property.

The room was very large with a double and single bed and attached en-suite bathroom. It was immaculately clean. At the far end of the Lakeside 'strip' it was extremely quiet. I had stayed here for 2 nights before returning after a 10 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp. I think if you stayed in a hotel further along Lakeside you could be subjected to lots of noise from late night bars/nightclubs. After returning from my 10 day trek I had a massive laundry to do but the owner's son said they could do the laundry 'in house', to great effect. On my final morning there were amazing views, from the roof of the hotel, of the Annapurnas and Fish Tail. (Ok there were a few unsightly buildings in the foreground). The hotel is very small, maybe only 8 rooms?, but you feel as if you are a house guest of the owner and his wife and family who live next door. The owner's son gave me a lift to the airport to end an amazing trip to Pokhara and the Annapurna region.

This was my second visit to this guest house, the first being a couple of years before that, and was just as happy as during my first visit. The room was very clean and the guest house has a great view form the rooftop. The location is just at the edge of the lakeside boardwalk so the area is usually very quiet. the staff is very friendly and can help with laundry, renting a motorbike and getting bus tickets.

Occasionally, there are community events in the nearby park that can be noisy.

The hotel is located in a small cul-de- sac just 30 seconds walk from the start of the Lakeside 'strip'. Its address is Street 1 so it is extremely quiet and relaxing. All the rooms are big with a double and single bad and ensuite bathroom/hot shower. I think each room has 2 windows with a different aspect. To view the mountains on a clear day you can climb to the rooftop (2nd floor) for stunning daytime and sunset views. The staff are extremely helpful, - proprietor, wife and son. The rooms are kept to a high level of cleanliness and comfort by the attentive room staff. The owner arranged to drive me and a couple from Brasil, staying at the same hotel, to the start of our trek at Kande, for 3500 Nrp (very reasonable). The hotel is set in lovely location overlooking the owner's house, garden and vegetable garden. It was also possible to leave a large bag of luggage, in complete safety, for my return to the hotel after a 10 day trek to Annapurna Base Camp.

It had said in Booking.com that breakfast could be arranged for $2.50 but in hindsight that wouldn't work. There are hundreds of great eating places just a stone's throw from the hotel

Pokhara's hidden gem! This hotel offers a peaceful place from the city's hustle and bustle, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Their assistance in arranging our ABC trek at a reasonable rate was exceptional, adding immense value to our stay. The warm hospitality extended by the staff made us feel like cherished guests. I had the most serene and rejuvenating experience. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise and hearing the birds chirping outside my window was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. It's rare to find such tranquility in a bustling world, and I'm grateful for every moment of it.
