Great location in lakeside with a great lake view and many shops, restaurants and marts in the area, Rooms are not new but still a great value for money. They are spacious,, with enough space for storage, comfortable beds and pillows, electric kettle, Air con, fan, TV and some with a fridge. The best bonus is the balcony with great front lake view ( the deluxe rooms. The standards ones do not have lake view). Bathroom is big, with enough place to put your toiletries and a hot shower with a very good water pressure. The shower is not separate of the rest of the toilette which is the common in the area, but as it is spacious it is not a big issue Staff very friendly, kind, and willing to assist . A special mention to Yaman, the manager, who was very involved with my needs to make my stay more comfortable. Also there is a good restaurante on site with nice lake view

I liked everything. May be it i would be nice to have the option of breakfast included, safe deposit box in the room, and fridge in all the rooms but they are minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is perfect,it’s right next to the lakeside and close to a lot of the tourist attractions.The staff were all so amazing from the manager to front desk,restaurant staff and security.I was celebrating my birthday and not only did they upgrade me to a deluxe room with a good view but also did a beautiful setup in my room.I truly commend the hotel for their attentiveness and kindness as they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

First and foremost- the great hotel staff. Friendly, aim to help, great English, and always there if you need anything. Second, the location - in the heart of Pokara, by the lake, on the main road yet very quiet. Third and as important - Invest few more $ and take a room with lake view. First line to the lake and oversea the nearby park.

One of excellent hotel at Pokhara with variety of accommodation to satisfy both budget and upscale travellers.the interior of the hotel is really charming and peaceful with lots of plants to add to the beauty.the restaurant has superb lake view with fresh and delicious cuisines to offer. During your stay you'll find customer service is excellent.Hospitality is good.When clear,the fishtail mountain from the Annapurna Himalayas can even be seen from the balcony of the hotel room.

- nice bedroom - balcony with view on the lake - staff is great - manager is amazing - security guard at night (super kind) - bottles and towels in the bedroom - shampoo and soap bar as well - there is a restaurant (I didn’t try it) - you can book paragliding straight there.

- some stains on bedsheets - one lock on the door was broken Nothing else!! Really happy.

The hotel manager was really helpful. He suggested for travelling in an nice way. rooms are clean, the building is little older, but it doesn't matter at all. Hotel staffs are also great. Very nice location and vibrant surroundings. We stepped on Nepal new year times.

I loved the room facing the lake, but the structure of the hotel, too, was really nice with all the rooms facing the courtyard. The location was also great, near the promenade along the lake and the main road full of restaurants and shops. The staff also was extremely courteous.

If I can mention anything at all that could be improved I would say the flushing of the toilette in my room, that was a bit weak.

I like the lake view room and it's location was excellent l love this place. And the staff is very friendly. The food of the hotel restaurant is very delicious.This hotel have a spa service I did deep tissue massage I feel so good. 😊😊😊

Excellent lake view rooms ( sureal view from balcony ) The ambience and hospitality of the hotel is top notch . The nepali food and the italian spaghetti was amazing. Recommending this hotel to everyone of you❤️

I like everything in hotel peace plaza and amazing lake view room . Staff are very nice and helpful. Room and bathroom are very clean. I have tried nepali thakali set it is very delicious
