The hotel room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel also provided a 24-hour free shuttle service and allowed for late check-ins. The staff were friendly and facilitated a smooth check-in process upon our arrival.

We had trouble finding the shuttle when we arrived, so we contacted the hotel to arrange for it. The shuttle arrived 45 minutes later, but unfortunately, by then the airport had closed. We were forced to wait outside in a storm for at least 15 minutes. In my opinion, the hotel's shuttle service needs improvement. Additionally, I found it challenging to communicate over a voice call, and I believe a messaging system would be useful. My dad also mentioned that the breakfast wasn't good.

Located about 15 minutes drive from the airport. I stayed overnight in transit so I can’t really comment on the location for anything else. Pick up shuttle was helpful (and included), but I had to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive late at night. Only one shuttle is included so I paid 25 euro the next day to get back to the airport. In hindsight I should have paid for a taxi at night on arrival, and used the taxi included shuttle trip to airport the next day. The bar has a nice atmosphere. Bed was comfortable.

TV and room phone not working due to a change in provider the day I arrived. No bar fridge. No drinking water provided in room unless you paid for it.

We used the package deal for airport parking during our trip, exellent service with us being driven to and from the airport via shuttle. Hassle free valet parking. Communication went very well, this is something i can really recommend. Knowing what parking at Schiphop P3 cost, the room stay and parking deal is un-beatable. Room is very comfortable and quiet, there is a very nice restaurant downstairs with a cozy bar as well. all good!

There were some additional cost that i did not expect like ' verblijfs-kosten' I can do without that to be honest, just include it in the room-price so there are no surprises like that.

Nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Had a wonderful sea bass dinner. Continental breakfast was quite filling and the perfect beginning of a long travel day.

Contacting the hotel is difficult if you are flying in from another country and do not have a SIM Card that works in Europe. It would be good if they could establish a cell phone with WhatsApp or some other international method of communication. Because of this, I was unable to contact them to get a ride from the airport to the hotel. The taxi cab costs over sixty Euros for a short hop around the other side of the airport, which is a ridiculous expense.

Very nice and comfortable, conveniently close to Amsterdam airport but in a reasonably quieter area. Very close to Big shopping centre in Hoofddorp too. The breakfast is not included but if you take the buffet it is absolutely fabulous. Fresh quality items and very much choice. The staff is friendly and very professional. We always stay here when we are on a through trip to Chili for one or two days to see our family in the Netherlands. The restaurant is nice too, good food, reasonably priced, friendly staff.

The minibar has been stopped for reasons I can understand, but the mini fridge was taken out too which I find very inconvenient. It’s nice to be able to put in a little snack and drink when you stay for more than one night.

Nice and personal hotel. Unlike the bigger hotel chains that are sometimes like room machines, this is a real hotel with personal touch. Very kind receptionist. Happy with the shuttle service. Shuttle fee was wavered because I only used it one way. Very nice room with high ceiling. Bar personnel was very helpful to get me the bottles of water I needed. I'd come back here next time I'd have to fly early.

The room looked like it hadn't been used for a while; it was dusty in several places (even the tissue box in the bathroom). The outlet of the standing lamp wasn't plugged in and I had to move the sleeping couch in order to find where the outlet was and it was very dusty there. The minibar was missing - the space was there but it was removed. I brought food for the flight to keep cool in there but there was no fridge at all. I noticed that they were short on staff (but they were still kind).

Large comfortable rooms (De-Luxe or Junior Suites). Bathtub with plenty of hot water. Sitting area in rooms. Free parking. Allowed to keep expensive e-bikes in room overnight. Central location for cycling in Aalsmeer/Amstelveen area. Nice eating places/cafes within short cycling distance. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel, albeit, menu not really to our taste. Close access to cycling areas around Westeinderplassen (Aalsmeer's lake). Lidl supermarket in Aalsmeer. Excellent cycle maintenance shop (Waning Tweewielers) in Aalsmeer.

Shame that they've taken out all the fridges from the rooms. Expensive euro-breakfast aimed mainly at business travellers. Why doesn't the hotel embrace the Dutch cycling culture and provide an internal room to park up bikes for the night, the way other hotels do?

It was a very clean room and the hotel bar and restaurant was terrific. Busy- very busy - on the Sat night we were there and I think it was from locals and not necessarily from the hotel. Have the homemade "onion soup". LOVELY!! They said they "had a shuttle" and so I had the shuttle pick us up from the airport. It was $22 and I did not find that out until later. But cheaper than a taxi. So we also shuttled back to airport when we headed home.

I searched Amsterdam hotels bc we were coming in to Amsterdam from a River Cruise. This hotel is NOT in Amsterdam and is really off the beaten path. If you want to do Amsterdam and Harlem, etc, this is a $30-40 (Euros which is currently equal to US dollars) Uber/Lyft away. Once in Amsterdam everything is train/bus/walk distance. This may be my mistake - I know now when booking to google distances.

Nice older hotel with spacious rooms, well designed for traveler's comfort. Pick Up shuttle from airport was easy and quick. (But the return shuttle trip cost an extra 30 Euros, which I didn't understand when booking). Staff is friendly and arranged for a very early check in, which I appreciate! Room is very clean, quiet, but older hotel, so charming but not super modern. Restaurant on the property with full bar, open early until late. I had a chicken burger which was delicious and reasonably priced.

But the return shuttle trip cost an extra 30 Euros, which I didn't understand when booking, although when I re-read the description it clearly does say shuttle one-way is included. I haven't run across that particular system before. Usually shuttles are included in both directions, but the rest of the stay was perfect, so no real complaints.

Friendly staff. Free spacious parking. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Air conditioning. Nice sized bath (getting rarer these days). Handy location for us as cyclists between Aalsmeer and Amstelveen lakes, countryside and cafes/restaurants. Able to store e-bikes in room because of our insurer's overnight storage conditions. We are aware that we are a rarity using it as a cycling base as most residents seem to be in between flights to and from Schiphol airport - hence the Airport Shuttle service. Staff take the trouble to have our room ready slightly earlier.

Disappointed to see that the refrigerators have been taken out of the rooms, which we believe to be essential and not really up to a 4 star rating. Evening meals tend to be quite expensive and heavily biased towards steak menus.
